If Donald Trump wins the GOP nomination in 2024 there is much speculation that he will pick a woman as his running mate.
Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake shot to stardom by winning the nomination to take on the lackluster Democrat nominee Katie Hobbs in the race to succeed term-limited RINO Governor Doug Ducey.
Lake won Trump’s endorsement and set the grassroots on fire with promises to declare an invasion on the southern border, banning critical race theory, rejecting vaccine mandates and lockdowns, as well as eliminating the state income tax.
Polls show a tight race when all the supposed “experts” claimed Lake was a weak candidate with no chance to win.
Lake’s performance on the stump shows why.
One liberal reporter tried to bait Lake into saying she would run as Donald Trump’s running mate in 2024 knowing Lake associating herself too closely with Trump could hurt Lake with suburban swing voters.
Trump endorsed Lake and Lake is a strong Trump supporter, but Lake dismissed this reporter’s question with ease saying she had no interest in running as Trump’s vice presidential running mate.
“No. First of all, I don’t like Washington D.C. I especially don’t like it now,” Lake stated. “I’m applying for the job of Arizona governor and I’m reaching out to the people every single day.”
Lake then twisted the knife by taking a dig at the left-wing activist in the press telling him that she planned to serve as governor for eight years.
“I am going to be here, much to the chagrin of some of you —not just four years as your governor —I’m going to be here EIGHT years as your governor. So have fun and get used to it because we are going places and we’re going to have the greatest state in the country,” Lake concluded.

So Lake knows all the liberal media’s tricks.
