U.S. Army veteran Matt Zeller stunned MSNBC viewers with an epic takedown of Joe Biden’s speech on the debacle in Afghanistan.
MSNBC anchor and fake combat correspondent Brian Williams set up Zeller to praise Biden’s speech about the botched withdrawal by falsely claiming Biden owned the calamity despite the fact that Biden blamed the entire fiasco on Donald Trump and the Afghan army.
Zeller shocked MSNBC’s left-wing audience by tearing into Biden calling his speech appalling and ripped Biden for the lie that the administration planned for “every contingency.”
“I feel like I watched a different speech than the rest of you guys. I was appalled. There was such a profound bold-faced lie in that speech. The idea we planned for every contingency? I have been personally trying to tell this administration since it took office. I have been trying to tell our government for years this was coming. We sent them plan after plan on how to evacuate these people. Nobody listened to us,” Zeller fumed.
Zeller explained the administration never planned for a rapid Taliban takeover as evidenced by the fact Biden sentenced Afghans that worked with the U.S. military to death by not evacuating them ahead of the withdrawal.
“We made these people a promise. The Taliban are now actively killing them, and if we don’t take them, they’re going to die. That’s the thing is we have the means to do this. We have just simply lacked this entire time the conviction to do the right thing,” Zeller declared.
Zeller then compared the humiliating American defeat in Afghanistan to the scenes from Saigon in 1975 as helicopters evacuated the last Americans from the roof of the embassy as Vietnam fell to the communists.
“I can’t forgive myself and I’ll never forgive my country for doing this. I know exactly what every Vietnam veteran has been warning me about now. I’m going to live with the moral injury for the rest of my life,” Zeller added.
The corporate media turned on Joe Biden with uniformly negative coverage which penetrated even far-left media outlets like MSNBC that traditionally serve as propaganda outfits for the Democrat Party.
This is the first time since Joe Biden announced his campaign for president that he faced adversarial press coverage.
Zeller’s rant summed up the frustration many Americans felt as the majority of the public supported bringing the troops home from Afghanistan, but felt disgusted by Joe Biden’s inept execution of the policy.
