Chuck Schumer is terrified about how the scandals are coming out in the Georgia runoff elections.
They could doom the Democrats’ radical agenda.
A shocking victim testimony is ruining everything for Chuck Schumer.
Georgia Senate Democrat candidate Raphael Warnock has been arrested multiple times in his past.
He was arrested in 2002 for obstructing a police investigation into alleged child abuse at a church camp in Carroll County, Maryland; he has also been arrested for protesting multiple times.
Now more serious allegations of law-breaking have been made against Warnock as video has emerged of his ex-wife, Ouleye Ndoye, talking to police in March claiming that he ran over her foot during a domestic argument.
“This man’s running for the United States Senate and all he cares about right now is his reputation,” Ndoye told the police at the scene.“I work at the mayor’s office and this is a big problem. I’ve been trying to be very quiet about the way he is for the sake of my kids and his reputation … I’ve tried to keep the way that he acts under wraps for a long time and today he crossed the line. So that is what is going on here and he’s a great actor. He is phenomenal at putting on a really good show.”
Now Warnock is refusing to answer questions from a local CBS station about the incident and accused his Senate opponent Sen. Kelly Loeffler of “playing games.”
“I’m going to stay focused on my family, which includes their mother, and I’m going to stay focused on the people of Georgia who during a pandemic are still waiting on relief all these months later while politicians including Kelly Loeffler are busy playing games,” Warnock said Thursday after his ex-wife, Ndoye, alleged that he ran over her foot according to police footage.
Loeffler didn’t create the allegations that Warnock is facing; the allegations come from police who were called to the scene at the time.
However, Democrats are trying to pretend that the problem is just Republicans questioning their record.
Loeffler said in a statement this week that Warnock’s refusal to address the issue and answer questions clearly show that the Democrats’ candidate can’t be trusted to be transparent with the public.
“Domestic abuse is a serious issue that Georgians deserve answers to as to what exactly happened. Unfortunately, it follows a pattern of what we’ve seen that Raphael Warnock has not answered the hard questions in this campaign,” Loeffler said in a statement this week.
The Democrats seem to think that their candidates shouldn’t have to answer for their scandalous behavior.
They aren’t willing to acknowledge that their candidates have significant problems that should concern voters.
