Joe Biden is in trouble now.
The proof is now out in public.
And this smoking gun showed the awful way Joe Biden just broke the law.
Conservatives long accused social media companies of illegally censoring conservative speech online.
Corporate media activists, Democrats and Never Trumpers claimed that since Twitter, Facebook and Google were private companies they could censor speech as they saw fit.
However, there is a catch.
The Supreme Court ruled that when a private entity acts on behalf of the government and censors speech it is not an agent of the state.
That means First Amendment protections apply and the private entity in question cannot censor speech.
And now the Washington Free Beacon caught the Biden administration red-handed colluding with Facebook, Twitter, and Google to censor Americans that questioned the coronavirus vaccine.
The Washington Free Beacon reports:
Over the course of at least six months, starting in December 2020, CDC officials regularly communicated with personnel at Twitter, Facebook, and Google over “vaccine misinformation.” At various times, CDC officials would flag specific posts by users on social media platforms such as Twitter as “example posts.”
In one email to a CDC staffer, a Twitter employee said he is “looking forward to setting up regular chats” with the agency. Other emails show the scheduling of meetings with the CDC over how to best police alleged misinformation about COVID-19 vaccines.
Although many of the posts flagged by the CDC contained false information about the COVID-19 vaccines, the efforts to police misinformation also resulted in mistaken acts of censorship. An April 2021 email from a CDC staffer to Facebook states that the “algorithms that Facebook and other social media networks are apparently using to screen out posting by sources of vaccine misinformation are also apparently screening out valid public health messaging, including [Wyoming] Health communications.”
It turned out the actual spreaders of misinformation about the vaccine were public health so-called “experts.”
Trump administration COVID response coordinator Dr. Deborah Birx admitted on Fox News that they knew the vaccine would not prevent infection yet still told Americans that taking the shot would give them a 95 percent chance of avoiding infection.
“I knew these vaccines were not going to protect against infection. And I think we overplayed the vaccines, and it made people then worry that it’s not going to protect against severe disease and hospitalization,” Birx stated.
So-called “experts” like Dr. Birx knowingly spreading false information is a disinformation campaign on the grandest scale in American history.
But Joe Biden and the Centers for Disease Control conspired with Big Tech to kick Americans who said the vaccine would not stop infection off the internet.
And that is blatantly unconstitutional.
