Barack Obama never thought much of Joe Biden politically.
But even Obama was left speechless by what happened since Biden took office.
That’s because Barack Obama could not believe the one way Joe Biden erased his legacy.
The press never worshipped an American politician the way so-called “journalists” slobbered over Barack Obama for his eight years in office.
Democrat activists in the corporate media treated Obama like a god-like figure who descended from Mt. Olympus, and the public was unworthy of living under his rule.
But in one of the biggest surprises in American politics, Joe Biden actually received less negative coverage in his first 100 days than Barack Obama who was exalted by the corporate media.
In fact, Joe Biden received less negative coverage in his first 100 days than any president in 30 years.
The Washington Examiner reports:
A new study shows President Joe Biden has received less negative coverage from U.S. media than any president in the last 30 years.
The study found that about 19% of the coverage of Biden’s first 60 days has been negative over the first 60 days of his administration, which ranked best among presidents of the last three decades. Former Presidents Bill Clinton (28%), George W. Bush (28%), Barack Obama (20%), and Donald Trump (62%) all saw more negative coverage than Biden.
“While the media landscape has changed dramatically since Clinton’s presidential inauguration, the Center has been able to conduct a long-term comparison for each of the recent administrations across a smaller subset of outlets and variables,” Pew Research Center wrote of its findings.
In many ways, Joe Biden is an odd politician to receive the most favorable coverage of any President in decades.
Biden ran two failed campaigns for president in 1988 and 2008.
Joe Biden is also far out of step with the millennial left-wing activists that now dominate Twitter and the political press corps.
Biden has little in common with the Brooklyn hipsters and Black Lives Matter identity politics cheerleaders that cover elections for the major news outlets and networks.
But Biden has the one advantage of not being Donald Trump.
And the Democrat Party activists in the corporate media are desperate for Biden to succeed to repudiate the Trump presidency.
So even though the economy is sputtering as inflation destroys Americans’ purchasing power and Joe Biden’s welfare state crushes job growth by paying Americans not to work, the press paints a picture of Biden as an American version of Alexander the Great racking up victory after victory while crushing his opposition.
It’s all lies.
Americans can see that Joe Biden can barely function as President due to his failing cognitive functions.
Biden’s cheering section in the corporate media is trying to distract Americans from Biden’s disastrous economic policies and mental decline by pushing propaganda puff pieces to paint this picture of Biden triumphant.
