Mitch McConnell and the liberal media thought they had finished Roy Moore for good.
The swamp believed it would be the final nail in the Judge’s coffin after a woman alleged he had groped her in his office.
But new bombshell evidence just surfaced that reveals the shocking truth about this allegation.
Tina Johnson claimed Moore groped her in his office in 1991 when she was 28-years-old.
The Moore campaign has denied all allegations against him.
But there is good reason to doubt her story.
Court documents show that Moore represented Tina Johnson’s mother in a custody battle over her then 12-year-old son.
Tina Johnson’s mother signed affidavits attacking her fitness as a mother.
She claimed Tina was violent and had been seeing a psychiatrist since she was 15-years-old.
Tina was forced to relinquish custody of her son to her mother and it was during that meeting in Moore’s office that Tina Johnson claims Moore groped her.
But to add even more doubt to the allegations, Johnson was also arrested in 2010 on charges of fraud relating to checks from a relative and was ordered to enter a court drug program.
Breitbart reports:
“Court documents related to Tina Johnson, an Alabama woman who claims that Republican senatorial candidate Roy Moore groped her in his office decades ago, may raise questions about Johnson’s motives in making the accusation.
The documents, reviewed by Breitbart News, show that Moore represented Johnson’s mother in a nasty custody case for Johnson’s then 12-year-old son, Daniel Sitz. In the case, Johnson was repeatedly painted by Moore’s client as an unfit, absent, and unstable mother and was accused of taking her son from his elementary school against his will. Johnson’s mother was ultimately awarded custody in the case.
One affidavit signed by Johnson’s mother while she was represented by Moore accused Johnson of having a “violent nature” and noted that she “has been treated by a psychiatrist when she was approximately 15 years of age.” Johnson was a teenage mother.
Separate criminal documents show that, as late as 2010, Johnson was arrested and pled guilty to felony fraud charges related to checks belonging to a family member. She also entered a court drug program.”
When the allegations against Moore surfaced, Mitch McConnell lined up establishment Republicans to say Moore should step aside.
It appeared to many conservatives to be a coordinated attack where McConnell had advanced knowledge of the accusations.
The Moore campaign immediately questioned the timing and motive of the accusers.
Election Day was just one month away when these stories broke and Moore supporters smelled something fishy.
Revenge could also be a motive for making these allegations against Moore, since Moore represented Tina’s mother in the custody battle over her son.
The allegations – which many in the establishment and media boasted as being “credible” – do not appear as strong upon closer examination.
