Chuck Schumer thought he could bully the Supreme Court on an important decision.
But now he’s paying a terrible price.
Chuck Schumer made one threat that could get him kicked out of office.
The Constitution says “No person shall … be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.”
When the Fifth Amendment was added to the Constitution in 1791, the Founding Fathers weren’t trying to give people access to abortion.
Whether abortion should be legal or not is an entirely different question than whether the federal government should have the power to force states to grant access to them.
When liberals had control over the Supreme Court they used it as a legislative branch that could create federal laws without due process.
Chuck Schumer is threatening the Justices because the courts are now more conservative and may undo some of the unconstitutional rulings that the Democrats thought they could count on.
He told Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch that they would “pay the price” if they rule in favor on states’ rights in two upcoming abortion cases.
These threats are more menacing when considering the fact that the lawyer of Christine Blasey Ford, the woman whose uncollaborated, vague accusations of attempted sexual assault nearly ruined Brett Kavanaugh’s career, said that she was motivated in her accusations because she didn’t want to see Roe vs. Wade overturned.
Just last week the Democrats were up in arms because Trump merely commented on the legal case.
Chuck Schumer has done far worse but he’s not going to get clean away.
A Senator is planning on bringing forward a motion to censure Chuck Schumer.

Tonight U.S. Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) announced he will introduce a motion to censure U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) for inciting violence against U.S. Supreme Court Justices. In a pro-abortion rally in front of the Supreme Court today, Senator Schumer threatened Justices by name saying, “I want to tell you, Gorsuch. I want to tell you, Kavanaugh. You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”
“Now @chuckschumer is threatening Supreme Court Justices personally, to the point of implying their physical safety is endangered. Disgusting, shameful, and frankly, WEAK,” Hawley wrote on Twitter. “I would call on Schumer to apologize, but we all know he has no shame. So tomorrow I will introduce a motion to censure Schumer for his pathetic attempt at intimidation of #SupremeCourt.”
The Democrats hate having a Supreme Court that actually respects the Constitution and they know that if Trump wins reelection the Supreme Court will become even more conservative.
If the Democrats had relied on the Supreme Court to do their job and judge on laws instead of make laws, they wouldn’t be in the pickle they are now.
Chuck Schumer shouldn’t be threatening the Court Justices because they don’t agree with him, it crosses a line into criminal conduct.
