Democrats want nothing more than to take down Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
They forced him through hell during his confirmation process.
And Democrats just announced a new plan to destroy Kavanaugh’s life.
With President Donald Trump in office, the left is more radical than they ever have been before.
There are socialist politicians serving prominently in the Democrat Party, and violent mobs of left-wing thugs attacking anybody who disagrees with them.
So it’s clear that political battles are becoming more and more ugly.
And the confirmation process of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh brought things to a whole new level.
Despite the fact he has long been a highly respected judge serving on some of the highest courts in the country, going through virtually every background check available, the left descended upon him to do everything in their power to discredit him.
At first, they simply claimed that if he gets on the Supreme Court, his rulings will result in mass deaths, and loss of rights.
And while those claims are way over the top, they are nothing compared to the sexual assault allegations peddled by Christine Blasey Ford.
Ford came out of nowhere with decades-old accusations of sexual assault with no corroboration.
Despite that, the media ate up her claims and dug up more fake accusations.
They are still searching for new accusations to bring forward, with the New York Times recently publishing, and then retracting a new allegation.
And Democrats are still working to take down Kavanaugh, pushing for his impeachment.
Elizabeth Warren, the current front-runner on the Democrat side of the presidential race, just announced her new policy proposals relating to judicial nominees where she creates the framework to rip Kavanaugh from his spot on the Supreme Court.
Her policy proposal sounds fine on the surface.
“It’s time to ensure that judges do not hear cases where they have conflicts of interests, strengthen our nation’s ethics rules for judges, and ensure accountability for judges who violate these rules,” Warren wrote.
But it is clearly a way to get back at Kavanaugh.
She goes on to mention Kavanaugh by name, making it clear that when she talks about holding judicial nominees accountable she is talking about Kavanaugh.
“When Judge Kavanaugh was elevated to the Supreme Court, 83 ethics complaints that had been lodged against him were dismissed — and because the Supreme Court is not covered by a Code of Conduct, no procedure exists to file new complaints,” Warren went on to say.
Of course, those ethics complaints were never legitimate.
After spending months painting Kavanaugh as the worst person in existence, it is no surprise that left-wing groups would file ethics complaints against him.
Ethics complaints are far from anything official and any individual with a little bit of legal know-how can launch these investigations.
Warren wants to make these very unofficial complaints hold more weight so left-wing groups can inundate their political enemies with phony investigations more easily.
They have nothing on Kavanaugh, and simply hate him because he is a Trump nominee.
