The Deep State has pulled out all the stops to try and remove President Trump from office.
Deep State operatives have leaked and fabricated news stories to force impeachment.
But Devin Nunes uncovered the one lie that could finally bring down the Deep State for good.
Devin Nunes is heading toward a showdown with the Department of Justice.
In an April 24th letter, Chairman Nunes requested documents as part of his Constitutional authority to exercise oversight over federal agencies.
Nunes is digging through the muck of the FBI and DOJ’s abuse of power and cover-ups in the Russia investigation so the American people can finally get the truth about how forces within the federal government sought to use the investigation to attack democracy and overthrow the President.
But officials at the FBI and Justice Department blocked Nunes’ request on the shaky grounds that providing information to the American people’s elected representatives would compromise “sources and methods.”
The key detail in the reasoning to deny the request is that the individual named in the documents is feeding information to Robert Mueller.
This is a straight Deep State cover up.

Last Wednesday, senior FBI and national intelligence officials relayed an urgent message to the White House: Information being sought by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes could endanger a top-secret intelligence source.
Top White House officials, with the assent of President Trump, agreed to back the decision to withhold the information. They were persuaded that turning over Justice Department documents could risk lives by potentially exposing the source, a U.S. citizen who has provided intelligence to the CIA and FBI, according to multiple people familiar with the discussion and the person’s role.
The showdown marked a rare moment of alignment between the Justice Department and Trump, who has relentlessly criticized Attorney General Jeff Sessions and other top Justice officials for the probe into Russia’s interference in the 2016 election led by special counsel Robert S. Mueller III.
But it is unclear whether Trump was alerted to a key fact — that information developed by the intelligence source had been provided to the Mueller investigation.”
Republicans on the committee are convinced the FBI and DOJ are lying about how the information requested would damage national security if it was made public.

“Key House Republicans said Tuesday they think President Donald Trump will override the Justice Department’s refusal to turn over documents that top officials there say would endanger national security and risk lives.
“We’re counting on the president to do the right thing,” said Rep. Peter King (R-N.Y.), a member of the House Intelligence Committee.
Republicans on the intelligence panel huddled Tuesday morning to discuss Chairman Devin Nunes’ demand for unspecified documents related to the FBI’s surveillance program known as FISA, which some Republicans have argued was abused during the 2016 campaign. Nunes’ demands are classified, so it’s unclear what he’s seeking, but he’s revealed that it’s connected to “FISA abuses” and “other matters” he couldn’t discuss.”
There is ample reason to believe the FBI and DOJ’s chief concern is not sources and methods, but instead to cover up their own misdeeds.
The FBI and DOJ fought for redactions on the House Intelligence Committee’s Russia investigation report to cover up the facts that the Bureau had former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn under a counterintelligence investigation in 2016, but turned up no evidence of collusion.
Redacted material also was later revealed to show that FBI agents did not believe Flynn was lying when they questioned him about his conversations with the Russian Ambassador.
Both of these bombshells called into question the entire foundation of the collusion investigation and Mueller probe.
It is simply not possible to believe that the FBI is worried about protecting sources and methods.
Chairman Nunes’ investigation has shown that the real scandal was the abuse of power engaged in by the Obama administration to spy on Trump campaign officials.
The FBI and DOJ are worried that the Deep State’s crimes against a duly elected President are what will be uncovered.
