Robert Mueller made his most public case yet for Congress to impeach Donald Trump.
And then all hell broke loose.
That’s because President Trump responded by asking this one question that destroyed Robert Mueller’s life.
Robert Mueller threw his final Hail Mary pass to bring down Donald Trump.
The special counsel called a press conference to repeat the nothing-burger findings from his investigation.
But because Mueller actually spoke to the public, the fake news media played it up like it was a massive development.
And the anti-Trump media zeroed-in on two remarks.
First, they noted that Mueller repeated the assertion made in his report that the special counsel’s office could not “exonerate” the President of not having committed a crime.
Second, Mueller stated that even though you cannot indict a sitting President, the Constitution contained a mechanism to hold a Commander-in-Chief accountable.
Mueller was clearly begging the Democrats in Congress to take up an impeachment inquiry.
President Trump responded the next day by meeting with reporters before departing on Air Force One for Colorado Springs where he was to deliver the commencement address at the Air Force Academy.
Donald Trump laced into Robert Mueller in a 20 minutes press event, shredding him and his rigged witch hunt.
President Trump began by declaring that Mueller suffered from conflicts of interest and that he was a Never-Trumper.
“I think he is a total conflicted person. I think Mueller is a true Never Trumper, he is somebody that dislikes Donald Trump,” the President told reporters.
The President went on to tell reporters of Mueller’s friendship with disgraced former FBI Director James Comey.
“He loves Comey, you look at the relationship … it was love or a deep like but he was conflicted,” President Trump continued.
Comey and Mueller were so close that some reports described them as “brothers-in-arms.”
Trump then went in for the kill by asking why Mueller did not investigate the origins of the Russian probe.
Breitbart reported, “Trump asked why Mueller never examined the origin of the investigation and the characters that used the phony dossier to spy on his campaign.”
“They got nothing,” President Trump continued. “It’s pretty amazing.”
Mueller did not dig into the origins of the Russian collusion hoax because the prosecutors he hired were mainly partisan Democrats and hardcore Hillary Clinton supporters – including Andrew Weissman, who attended her election night party, and Jeannie Rhee, who performed legal work for the Clinton Foundation.
Their job on the investigation was to cover the tracks of the Obama and Clinton loyalists in the FBI and CIA that used fake news and hoaxes to try and frame Donald Trump for Russian collusion.
But Trump finished on a positive note and declared that Attorney General William Barr will get to the bottom of this scandal.
Trump told the press that giving the American people the full story of the underhanded attempts by the Obama administration and FBI to attack democracy will be one of his signature achievements in office.
“It’s a very sad period for this country,” Trump concluded. “I think in the end I will consider what’s happening now to be one of my greatest achievements, exposing this corruption.”
