The FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago was worse than anyone thought.
But Donald Trump continues to speak out.
And Donald Trump exposed the terrible way the FBI broke the law when raiding his house.
In a post on Truth Social Donald Trump revealed that the FBI seized documents protected under attorney-client privilege in the Mar-a-Lago raid.
“Oh great! It has just been learned that the FBI, in its now famous raid of Mar-a-Lago, took boxes of privileged ‘attorney-client’ material, and also ‘executive’ privileged material, which they knowingly should not have taken. By copy of this TRUTH, I respectfully request that these documents be immediately returned to the location from which they were taken. Thank you!” Trump posted.
Normally in these cases a judge appoints a special master who goes through the documents and determines what is protected under attorney-client privilege.
Attorney-client privilege is one of the most sacred rights in the law as it helps assure individuals receive a fair trial.
But the government opposed appointing a special master and Donald Trump’s privileged communications are now in the hands of rabid anti-Trump partisans at the FBI and Biden administration.
This is a concerning development.
Trump also pointed out on Truth that there is no sprawling FBI investigation into the Black Lives Matter and antifa riots in the summer of 2020.
“Just left a large gathering of people and all they could talk about was the complete and total stranglehold that the Radical Left Democrats have over the DOJ & FBI. It shouldn’t be that way. Nobody goes after BLM, ANTIFA, or the rest, despite murder, beatings, and burning down large sections of cities, a very unfair double standard. They definitely won’t attack the home of a former Democrat President, nor should they. It is all so out of control, great simmering anger!” Trump continued.
The FBI and DOJ looking the other way at BLM insurgency is just the latest piece of evidence that the FBI works on behalf of the political interests of the Democrat Party.
The FBI let Hillary Clinton walk on the same Espionage Act charges that Attorney General Garland now wants to indict Trump on.
Disgraced former FBI Director James Comey did not want to charge Clinton out of fear she would win the 2020 election.
There is a glacial pace to the Hunter Biden investigations so as not to bring charges before the midterm.
Yet the FBI raided Trump’s home 90 days before an election in a clear attempt to meddle in the vote and help Democrats.
Trump noted that the FBI’s clear political bias against conservatives and pro-Democrat favoritism is eroding trust and faith in the Bureau.
“America has never suffered this kind of ABUSE in Law Enforcement! For the FBI to RAID the home of the 45 President of the United States, or any President for that matter, is totally unheard of and unthinkable. This Break In was a sneak attack on democracy (our Republic!), and was both unannounced and done at a time when the President was not even present. It was for political, not legal reasons, and our entire Country is angry, hurt, and greatly embarrassed by it. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” Trump concluded.
