Donald Trump reacted to the sabotage of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline with words of warning.
No one knows who attacked the pipeline but some Western governments suspect it was a false flag operation by Russia to make Russian President Vladimir Putin’s nuclear threats more credible.
Trump warned that now was not the time for more of Joe Biden’s bungling and offered up himself to try and negotiate an end to the war between Ukraine and Russia.
“U.S. ‘Leadership’ should remain ‘cool, calm, and dry’ on the SABOTAGE of the Nord Stream Pipelines. This is a big event that should not entail a big solution, at least not yet. The Russia/Ukraine catastrophe should NEVER have happened, and would definitely not have happened if I were President. Do not make matters worse with the pipeline blowup. Be strategic, be smart (brilliant!), get a negotiated deal done NOW. Both sides need and want it. The entire World is at stake. I will head up group???” Trump posted on his Truth Social platform.
In an interview on WABC 770AM in New York City, Trump expanded on his worries about Joe Biden’s disastrous decision-making blundering the United States into World War Three.
“I think more than anything else, I think we could end up in World War III and it could be all of the horrible things that took place in Ukraine,” Trump stated.
The world is at its closest to nuclear war since the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis – a reality Trump acknowledged.
“I think we’re at the most dangerous time maybe in, in many, many years — maybe ever — because of the power of nuclear,” Trump continued.
Trump stated that Putin never would have invaded Ukraine if Trump was still in office.
“I got along with him very well. I spoke to him. I understood him,” Trump added. “He understood me, probably. But I understood him well, and he would have never done it.”
Donald Trump was the only president in the 21st century on whose watch Putin did not invade a neighboring nation.
That’s because – contrary to the corporate media lies – Trump’s administration drew a hard line with the Russians.
Trump pulled out of harmful arms control treaties that handcuffed America.
Trump rebuilt the American military.
And Trump sent lethal aid to the Ukrainians.
But Trump also stated that now was not a time for incompetent or senile leaders as Russia had the world’s biggest nuclear arsenal and any miscalculations could lead to the end of life on Earth.
“For a major nation that’s equal with us on nuclear power to be throwing around the word cavalierly, like nuclear, is, is a very bad time. A very bad time for this country and a very bad and a very dangerous time for the world,” Trump warned.
