And now Elon Musk just busted Joe Biden in one majorly illegal act.
The latest installment of Musk’s Twitter Files focused on how the Biden administration demanded Twitter censor critics of the COVID mandates and vaccine requirements.
Journalist David Zweig reported that one of the first orders of business for the Biden administration once taking office was to order Twitter to censor Joe Biden’s political opponents.
One of the accounts Joe Biden focused on censoring was journalist Alex Berenson due to the fact that Berenson pointed out that the COVID vaccine — which Joe Biden supported mandating — was not nearly as safe or effective as claimed.

Zweig also reported that Twitter’s head of U.S. Public Policy Lauren Culbertson warned company officials that Biden was furious that Twitter had not more aggressively censored Berenson’s account.

Shortly after this Twitter banned Berenson from the site.
Berenson later sued and discovery showed the Biden administration pressured Twitter to kick him off and Twitter reinstated Berenson’s account.
There is established Supreme Court case law that makes it illegal for Joe Biden or other government officials to order private entities to censor speech that would violate the First Amendment if the government tried to suppress it on their own.
Twitter’s Biden-imposed censorship regime also swept up legitimate experts.
Harvard Medical School Epidemiologist Dr. Martin Kulldorff is an expert.
And Dr. Kulldorff shared his expert opinion that it was not necessary to vaccinate all Americans.
Dr. Kulldorff stated it was only important to vaccinate elderly Americans and their caretakers, but that young people and those with natural immunity did not need the vaccine.

But because Dr. Kulldorff’s expert opinion contradicted the dogma spouted out by Joe Biden and the Democrat Party, Twitter censored Dr. Kulldorff by slapping a “misleading” label on his tweet.
Critics contend it is illegal and un-American for Joe Biden to issue edicts to social media companies to censor his political opponents.
The corporate media would have lost their minds if Donald Trump demanded cable providers pull CNN or MSNBC off the air for airing programming that pushed the Russian collusion scam.
But because the corporate media supports government-mandated censorship because it’s aimed at the left’s political opponents the liberal media falsely claimed the Twitter Files are a “nothing burger.”
