Before Joe Biden addressed supporters at his Super Tuesday victory party, many Americans saw what they believed to be the latest evidence of the former Vice President’s descent into senility.
When Biden took the stage he mixed up identifying his wife and sister.
This terrifying display of cognitive decline came on the heels of Biden completely losing it during a speech and babbling incoherently as Biden tried to quote the Declaration of Independence.
Fox News commentators Marc Thiessen and Brit Hume called out Biden during Fox News’s coverage of Super Tuesday for the former Vice President growing senile before Americans’ very eyes.
Hume asked Fox News Channel’s audience “How many of the people who voted for him tonight would agree that he’s senile? Or getting there?”
“The reason why Biden is surging is because there is no credible alternatives. It reminds me a lot about Mitt Romney in 2012 when the Republicans were casting around for anybody but Romney because they knew he was weak, they didn’t think he could go against Obama. If he couldn’t defend himself against Newt Gingrich’s attacks on his Bain Capital experience, how was he going to withstand the Obama attacks? There was no other alternative. So this race is basically coming down to Democrats are going to have to choose between socialism and senility,” Thiessen added.
During his Sunday morning “Media Buzz” show, Fox News host Howard Kurtz called out Thiessen and Hume for supposedly being unfair to Biden.
“I always criticize liberal commentators for saying things like ‘President Trump is mentally ill’ and ‘President Trump has psychosis, and he’s narcissistic and all that,’ so I do think it was unfortunate that some commentators on Super Tuesday — Brit Hume, Marc Thiessen, people I respect — said Joe Biden is senile or getting there. Certainly, he’s forgetful with his memory lapses, and you can question his performance,” Kurtz whined.
Kurtz – along with Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace – is one of the establishment-oriented anchors on Fox News that believes being “fair” is trying to downplay or add “context” to bad stories for Democrats.
Ever since Biden seized the mantle of frontrunner, the Democrat Party’s praetorian guard in the fake news media began pushing the fantastically false story that Joe Biden’s supposed stuttering is why he forgets Barack Obama was the last President of the United States or repeatedly declares that Margaret Thatcher is the Prime Minister of England.
Kurtz trying to sweep concerns over Biden’s senility under the rug does Biden nor the American people any favors.
The public deserves to know if the man asking for control over the nuclear codes is of sound mind.
Journalists claim to report the truth without fear or favor.
