A criminal investigation creeps closer to Hillary Clinton and her allies.
Now all hell is about to break loose.
Hillary Clinton is nervous after a prosecutor got his hands on these smoking gun documents.
Special counsel John Durham delivered news Donald Trump and his allies were waiting for when Durham indicted Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann on one charge of lying to the FBI in a 2016 meeting where Sussmann pitched the baseless claim that a Trump Tower server was in contact with Alfa Bank, a financial institution linked to the Kremlin.
This Alfa Bank falsehood served as one plank of the Russia collusion conspiracy theory.
Trump supporters hoped that Sussmann would not be the only indictment Durham hands down.
Former Trump administration Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe told a Fox News Channel host Ratcliffe turned over 1,000 pages of documents about the Deep State coup to overthrow Donald Trump and that Ratcliffe believes that treasure trove creates a roadmap for Durham to bring more criminal charges.
“Michael Sussmann is the first of what I would hope would be a number, based on the fact I provided not just those declassified documents, but I provided 1,000 intelligence community documents that I think support additional charges that I would expect John Durham to bring,” Ratcliffe told Fox News Channel host Maria Bartiromo.
Ratcliffe explained that he said there was FISA warrant abuse with the FBI breaking the law to spy on Donald Trump and Durham won a guilty plea from FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith for doctoring an email as part of a FISA application to spy on former Trump campaign aide Carter Page.
The former director of national intelligence also stated that the FBI and intelligence community agencies knew that the Clinton campaign started the Russian collusion hoax and that top Deep State officials briefed then-President and Vice President Barack Obama and Joe Biden about this fact.
“We said there was FISA abuse. And Kevin Clinesmith was indicted on lying to the FISA court to spy on the Trump campaign. And then, on your show, we talked about this very fact, that the Hillary Clinton campaign created the Trump-Russia collusion. And the intelligence community and the FBI knew that,” Ratcliffe added. “And they briefed not just President Obama, but Vice President Biden and the entire national security team. I expected and said there would be indictments forthcoming.”
Last fall, when Ratcliffe announced his office turned over 1,000 pages of documents to special counsel Durham, few paid any attention.
“At my direction, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence has now provided almost 1,000 pages of materials to the Department of Justice in response to Mr. Durham’s document requests,” Ratcliffe’s statement read. “I will continue to ensure the Intelligence Community’s responsiveness to the DOJ’s requests. We also look forward to supporting the DOJ in further declassifications consistent with their investigation. As the President has made clear, we must be appropriately transparent with the American people and give them the confidence that the extraordinary work of Intelligence professionals is never misused or politicized.”
The Durham investigation dragged on for a year with no serious criminal charges to show for it.
President Trump and many of his supporters wrote off the Durham probe as another whitewash.
But the Sussmann indictment and former Director of National Intelligence Ratcliffe’s belief that more criminal charges are on the way provided a new sense of hope about the guilty parties behind the attempt to overthrow American democracy by planning a coup against President Trump.
