Hollywood started this awful rumor about the Chinese coronavirus.
The media have doubled down on their criticisms of Donald Trump for blaming China for the outbreak of this new coronavirus.
There’s good reason to blame the Chinese government.
The Chinese government sought to silence doctors at the start when they reported seeing patients with SARS-like symptoms.
In the precious first weeks after the new coronavirus started spreading, they were more concerned with covering up the facts and refusing to cancel public events.
Later, once there was a crisis on their hands, the Chinese government changed their tactics and decided to lock down the city of Wuhan, but not before millions had decided to flee Wuhan, taking the virus with them.
It isn’t xenophobic to point it out. South Korea and Singapore have done a remarkably good job stopping the spread of the virus.
It’s important for the public to understand how COVID-19 got started otherwise people will be open to misinformation.
Now the Chinese government is trying to spread the rumor that the U.S. Army planted the virus in China.
And one Hollywood actress has decided to invent her own anti-Semitic narrative that it was Israel who started COVID-19.
According to the Daily Wire:
On Tuesday, Hollywood actress, Trump-hater and now apparent vicious anti-Semite Rosanna Arquette issued a tweet (later deleted) insinuating a Jewish conspiracy behind the ravaging of the world by the coronavirus, ranting, “I’m still confused, so Israel has been working on a corona virus vaccine for a year already ? (so they knew ) Vaccines take a long time to know if they are safe and KUSHNER OSCAR is the major investor in the new vaccine that is supposedly coming here. lives at risk for profit.”
Speaking to The Guardian last May, Arquette boasted, “I’m a ‘take no sh**’ kind of person. I’ve never kept my mouth shut, especially as my industry is so misogynistic. I’ve got a reputation as a troublemaker.”
Last August Arquette pronounced her verdict regarding President Trump, tweeting, “The president of the United States of America incites racist violence. The end.”
What Rosanna Arquette doesn’t understand is that when researchers say that it will probably take a year to get a vaccine, what they’re saying is that it will be a year before it reaches the public.
A vaccine has been created, but there is no guarantee that it will be effective and it may have side effects that make it ineligible, that takes several studies that take time.
Some vaccines, when tested, make people sicker instead of helping them avoid the virus, that’s why rigorous testing is needed.
It is only once it has been tested that it can start being produced on a massive scale.
This isn’t some plot that Israel started.
For some reason, Hollywood dislikes Israel which is the freest nation in the Middle East while they love China who is putting millions of ethnic and religious minorities in concentration camps.
Hollywood shouldn’t lie to try and blame Israel for China’s huge mistakes.
