Red flags continue to pile up about Kamala Harris.
Democrats realize Joe Biden made a mistake in picking her as vice president.
And that became clear when in the dead of night, Kamala Harris suffered this huge defeat that panicked Democrats.
Joe Biden recently put Kamala Harris in charge of so-called “voting rights.”
“Voting rights” to Democrats means eliminating election integrity measures and putting no restrictions on mail-in voting and the ability of Democrat operatives to go door-to-door and collect ballots by the bag full to turn in.
But like Harris’ disastrous tenure as border czar, putting Harris in charge of this policy portfolio led to another defeat for Democrats.
After 19 Senate Republicans endorsed Joe Biden’s multi-trillion-dollar socialist spending agenda that will advance the Green New Deal and critical race theory further into American life, Chuck Schumer decided to press his luck.
Schumer teed up a procedural vote on a bill Republicans slammed as the “Corrupt Politicians Act” which imposes mailing unsolicited ballots to every voter in all 50 states, mandates ballot harvesting schemes nationwide, gives violent felons the right to vote, neuters voter ID laws, and imposes universal voter registration programs that increase the chances illegal aliens register to vote.
This is the centerpiece of the Democrats’ agenda which critics contend will rig every election in the Democrats’ favor by opening up voting to the potential of massive fraud.
But after Republicans endorsed the Democrats’ blueprint to turn America into a socialist nation the GOP did unite to block the Democrats’ legislation that would place Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer in charge of election administration.
“We have reached a point in this chamber where Republicans appear to oppose any measure no matter how common sense to protect voting rights and strengthen our democracy,” Schumer said.
Texas Senator Ted Cruz explained that it was the Democrats that threatened democracy by attempting to ram a federal takeover of elections into law.
“This bill would constitute a federal government takeover of elections. It would constitute a massive power grab by Democrats,” Cruz declared.
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell – who led the 19 Republicans embracing critical race theory and the Green New Deal spending in the so-called “infrastructure” bill – slammed Democrats for trying to pass a partisan bill to rig elections in their favor in the “dead of night.”
“Here in the dead of night, they also want to start tearing up the ground rules of our democracy and writing new ones of course on a purely partisan basis,” McConnell stated.
Putting Kamala Harris in charge of so-called “voting rights” is setting her up for another failure.
Republicans will never support this bill and Democrat moderates will never eliminate the filibuster so Schumer can steamroll it through the Senate on a simple 51 vote majority.
Democrats filled their voters’ heads with so many falsehoods about Republican state legislatures bringing back Jim Crow 2.0 that when this legislation never becomes law, the party base will blame Harris for not supporting nuking the filibuster which in turn could lead to Harris confronting a voter enthusiasm problem when she eventually runs for president.
