Democrats were stunned.
But after the left regrouped all hell began to break loose.
And Joe Biden just declared war on Amy Coney Barrett after this massive defeat.
The Supreme Court handed down a five to four decision allowing a Texas law that shuts down abortions after six weeks to stand.
Instead of outright banning abortions after six weeks – at which point doctors can detect a fetal heartbeat – the law allows individuals to file lawsuits for up to $10,000 against abortion mills and doctors that aid and abet “criminal abortions.”
Amy Coney Barrett cast the deciding vote to allow the law to move forward as Chief Justice John Roberts – who is basically a center-left jurist – sided with the Supreme Court’s three abortion on demand fanatics.
In this decision, the court noted that the statute did not compel government officials to stop abortions in Texas after six weeks and that the Supreme Court did not have the authority to stop citizens from filing lawsuits.
“And it is unclear whether the named defendants in this lawsuit can or will seek to enforce the Texas law against the applicants in a manner that might permit our intervention. The State has represented 2 WHOLE WOMAN’S HEALTH v. JACKSON ROBERTS, C. J., dissenting that neither it nor its executive employees possess the authority to enforce the Texas law either directly or indirectly. Nor is it clear whether, under existing precedent, this Court can issue an injunction against state judges asked to decide a lawsuit under Texas’s law,” the majority opinion read.
Abortionists in Texas claimed this law would stop 85 percent of procedures to end the lives of the unborn in the Lone Star State.
Pro-life Americans cheered this decision as it showed the Supreme Court – thanks to Donald Trump’s nominees – inching closer to ending the horror of abortion on demand in America.
Joe Biden could not be bothered to appear for days on end as Afghanistan spiraled into crisis.
But within hours of the Supreme Court delivering this ruling Biden shuffled in front of the cameras to declare war on Barrett and her fellow conservative justices.
Biden rambled about a “whole of government approach” to attack the Texas ruling claiming protecting the lives of innocent babies was an “assault” on women’s rights.
“The Supreme Court’s ruling overnight is an unprecedented assault on a woman’s constitutional rights under Roe v. Wade, which has been the law of the land for almost fifty years,” Biden thundered.
Biden falsely claimed that allowing abortionists to terminate the lives of babies ensured “justice” and abortion somehow equaled healthcare.
“Rather than use its supreme authority to ensure justice could be fairly sought, the highest Court of our land will allow millions of women in Texas in need of critical reproductive care to suffer while courts sift through procedural complexities,” Biden added.
The end result of abortion is eliminating a human life.
Under no definition can that be considered healthcare.
Biden was more upset about babies’ lives being spared in Texas than he was abandoning Americans behind enemy lines in Afghanistan or the fact that his poor decisions directly led to the deaths of 13 troops in a terrorist attack at the Kabul airport.
During the last election Joe Biden claimed he was a centrist.
But Biden’s speed with which he restated support for abortion on demand without any limits proved that Biden’s claims of moderation were a lie.
