Joe Biden is regaining his footing in the Presidential race as the Democrat establishment rallies around Biden in a last ditch effort to stop Bernie Sanders.
But the former Vice President just got some bad news.
That happened when Joe Biden went on Fox News. And all hell broke loose about this big scandal.
Former Vice President Biden can’t match Bernie Sanders’ online fundraising juggernaut – Sanders raised nearly $47 million in February – or Mike Bloomberg’s $60 billion dollar fortune.
Biden’s only means to compete with his two biggest rivals is “free” media – meaning cable news, network and print reporters providing the platform for Biden to communicate his message.
To maximize this strategy, Biden could not turn down any interview requests.
And on the heels of his 30-point blowout win in the South Carolina primary, Biden accepted an invitation to appear on “Fox News Sunday.”
During the interview, Wallace pressed Biden on his stumbling performances on the campaign trail.
“Mr. Vice President, I don’t especially like asking you about this but it is an issue in the campaign, and that has been your sometimes shaky performance on the campaign trail,” Wallace asked Biden.
This was a very polite and subtle way to get Biden on the record to respond to attacks that he was going senile.
After months of watching Biden forget names, dates and even the state he was campaigning in, many voters arrived at the conclusion that Biden’s declining mental state rendered him unfit to be President.
Wallace then played a series of clips where Biden could not remember what office he was running for and other memory-related stumbles.
Biden responded by trying to throw the “Sleepy Joe” nickname President Trump bestowed upon him back in Trump’s face.
“I’m not gonna try to, you know, assign names and insults to the stable genius,” Biden told Wallace. “This is a guy who doesn’t know what he’s doing, he doesn’t know how to run the country, he is making us more unsafe the way he’s responding to the coronavirus. He’s done virtually nothing well that I can see, and so I can hardly wait to debate him on stage. I want people to see me standing next to him and him standing next to me. We’ll see who’s sleepy.”
But Biden’s response only cemented the image of Biden as feeble-minded when Biden bungled his way through the close of the interview, calling Chris Wallace “Chuck.”
“All right, Chuck, thank you very much,” Biden incorrectly stated.
Things got no better for Biden in the next day.
At a rally in Texas on Monday, Biden claimed the following day was “Super Thursday” and bumbled his way through a mess of a word salad trying to quote the Declaration of Independence.

Biden would be the oldest President ever inaugurated for his first term if he wins the election.
This frightening performance on the campaign trail does not inspire confidence in Americans that Biden’s obvious mental decline will not accelerate under the pressures of serving as Commander-in-Chief.
