John McCain has gone out of his way to sabotage Donald Trump.
During the election, he betrayed Trump at the last minute to do his part to elect Hillary Clinton.
And now he’s stabbed the President in the back on the one issue that will leave conservatives up in arms.
Chuck Schumer has been scheming to corner the President on amnesty.
Ever since Trump ended Obama’s unconstitutional DACA amnesty, Democrats – and pro-open borders Republicans – have rejected all the pro-America immigration reforms Donald Trump has proposed.
Trump has insisted $25 billion in funding for the border wall be included in any deal, but pro-amnesty senators continue to try and weasel out of securing the border.
Now with the deadline for DACA to expire just weeks away, John McCain returned to Washington and proposed legislation that would grant amnesty to millions of illegal aliens without funding one penny for the wall.
“Arizona Republican Sen. John McCain and Delaware Democratic Sen. Chris Coons are slated to introduce a bill Monday that would grant eventual citizenship to young undocumented immigrants who have been in the country since 2013 and came to the US as children, but it does not address all of the President’s stated immigration priorities, like ending family-based immigration categories — which Republicans call “chain migration” — or ending the diversity visa program.
It also would not immediately authorize the $30 billion that Trump is seeking to build the border wall, instead greenlighting a study of border security needs. The bill would also seek to address the number of undocumented immigrants staying in the US by increasing the number of resources for the immigration courts, where cases can take years to finish.
The bill is a companion to a piece of House legislation that has 54 co-sponsors split evenly by party.”
Trump dismissed the deal with one tweet.
Any deal on DACA that does not include STRONG border security and the desperately needed WALL is a total waste of time. March 5th is rapidly approaching and the Dems seem not to care about DACA. Make a deal!

But there is concern that McCain – and other pro-amnesty members of Congress – are purposely proposing an unacceptable deal.
They may be trying to string the process out, punting any decision on amnesty to after the midterms.
Their hope would be that Democrats will win back control of Congress and that would allow for legislation to pass that is 100 percent pro-amnesty.
It’s a sickening betrayal by McCain.
And it’s playing right into the hands of Chuck Schumer.
