Joe Biden named Kamala Harris as his border czar following a surge of illegal aliens pouring across the southern border.
In the early days of the Biden administration, Biden baselessly claimed the crush of illegal aliens marching across the border was merely the result of a seasonal migration pattern.
That lie collapsed when as the months dragged on, a flood of illegal aliens invaded America in record numbers.
Harris claimed her job as border czar was to address the root causes of illegal immigration.
But former Border Patrol Chief Rodney Scott told Fox News the root cause of the illegal immigration crisis was Joe Biden rolling back Donald Trump’s border policies.
Scott told Fox News anchor Bret Baier that Scott and other Trump officials cautioned Biden’s henchmen during the transition that if they rolled back Trump’s border security initiatives, illegal aliens would seize on the opportunity and mob the border.
“I personally participated in some of the transition meetings. My staff participated in all of the transition meetings. We made it very clear that if we dropped all of the initiatives that had been put in place over the last several years, that we would get an influx of mass migration that we would not be able to control. The current Secretary, Mayorkas, he was part of DHS before. He ran CIS. He clearly understands and knows how to control the border and what needs to take place,” Scott began.
Scott said the Biden regime walked into this situation with their eyes wide open.
“I do know that they were briefed. I was very clear. There are people involved in this process that have been involved before, and they’re choosing not to take simple, commonsense steps to secure the border,” Scott added.
In the first weeks in office Joe Biden halted construction on the border wall and tried to end Donald Trump’s successful “Remain in Mexico”protocols.
The end result was a predictable surge in illegal immigration.
But former Border Patrol Chief Rodney Scott stepping forward to say the experts warned the Biden regime of this eventuality serves as proof in the minds of many Americans that Joe Biden desired a massive influx of illegal aliens in hopes of creating the biggest number of potential new Democrat Party voters if Congress passed a massive amnesty bill.
Scott’s interview puts Harris’ failure as border czar in the proper perspective in that Harris took on the role with no intention to succeed.
