Florida Governor Ron DeSantis flying 50 illegal aliens to the wealthy liberal vacation hotspot of Martha’s Vineyard put the nation’s focus on the hypocrisy of Democrats who support Joe Biden’s agenda.
Liberals claim they welcome and celebrate immigrants but within 24 hours of 50 illegal aliens landing in Martha’s Vineyard, Barack Obama’s neighbors pressured leaders to call in the National Guard and eject the illegal aliens to a detention facility on a nearby military base.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott followed DeSantis’ lead and bused 100 illegal aliens to the front door of Kamala Harris’ residence at the Naval Observatory.
Abbott defended his decision noting that the Biden administration stuck small border towns in Texas with the burden of dealing with illegal immigration while Democrat mayors and governors of sanctuary cities and states virtue signaled about how diversity is our strength.
“Listen, in part in Texas, we are doing it to relieve the burden local communities are facing along the border. We have small communities of about 25,000 people who have thousands of illegal immigrants dumped into their community. So they were begging for relief. That is why we began this bussing operation to Washington, D.C. Plus, we have a president who has refused to go see the chaos he has created on the border and a border czar in Kamala Harris who has refused to see what’s going on at the border. If they won’t go to the border, we’re taking the border to them. So they can see the challenges they are posing to the entire United States of America,” Abbott began.
Abbott pointed out the Biden administration allowed more than four million illegal aliens to barrel across the border since taking office and it was time that blue states and cities see up close and personal the crisis their leaders created.
“This year, more than 2 million people will cross the border illegally. They need to deal with the consequences as well as the result of what the United Nations says, and that is U.S.-Mexico border is the deadliest land crossing in the world,” Abbott added.
Abbott chose Harris’ official residence as the destination for the busloads of illegal aliens because Harris serves as the administration’s border czar.
Harris ignored the border allowing the invasion to continue apace so Abbott decided to draw attention to her failure by dropping illegal aliens off at her doorstep.
Reporters confronted Harris about the illegal aliens arriving at her residence and Harris raced away in terror completely afraid and unable to answer simple questions about why the administration created the border crisis.
