Megyn Kelly jumped into the middle of the attacks on Brett Kavanaugh.
Democrats and the media are smearing him as a rapist.
And what Megyn Kelly said about Kavanaugh left jaws on the ground all across America.
Diane Feinstein Makes A Big Mistake
Diane Feinstein got the ball rolling in the smear campaign against Kavanaugh.
She gave a letter to the FBI written by Christine Ford, the woman accusing Kavanaugh of trying to rape her at a party when they were in high school.
Once the letter was given to the FBI, the media seized on her flimsy story to try and stop Kavanaugh’s confirmation.
Republican Senator Charles Grassley only enabled the attacks against Kavanaugh by allowing Christine Ford to miss five deadlines to respond to the offers to testify.
While Ford stalled for time, the Democrats dug up more smears on Kavanaugh.
Feinstein blasted Republicans for not delaying Kavanaugh’s confirmation.
She wrote in a statement, “It’s clear that Republicans have learned nothing over the last 27 years. Bullying a survivor of attempted rape in order to confirm a nominee—particularly at a time when she’s receiving death threats—is an extreme abuse of power.”
“I’m shocked and appalled by the Republicans’ refusal to wait 24 hours for a hearing and instead rush forward with a vote on Monday. From the outset, Republicans have tried to push through this nomination at all costs.”
“Now, in the face of allegations that Brett Kavanaugh and a friend may have sexually assaulted 15-year-old Christine Blasey Ford, Republicans are turning a blind eye to her story. First, they announced a hearing before inviting her, now they’re ignoring her willingness to cooperate.”
“It’s clear that Republicans are doing all they can to cement another conservative seat on the Supreme Court—at any cost—even pushing through a nominee with a cloud of controversy hanging over his head. Brett Kavanaugh could serve on the court for 40 years, what’s another 24 hours to make sure we get this right?”
Megyn Kelly Responds To Feinstein
But Feinstein’s statements drew a rebuke from the last person anyone ever expected.
NBC’s Megyn Kelly shot back and ripped Feinstein for being a hypocrite.
She pointed out that Feinstein sat on Ford’s letter for nearly two months.
Kelly also noted that there is no evidence that Kavanaugh tried to rape Ford.
Ford claimed four other students were at the party—and all four either denied being there or said they recall no such party.
They did this in letters to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Their statements carry the penalty of perjury.
Ford is the only one who was at the party who has yet to give an on-the-record account to investigators.
Kelly tweeted in response to Feinstein:
A lot of nerve here from the woman who did nothing about this allegation for weeks — and by the way, you don’t know if she is a survivor of an attempted rape. She may well be, but how about WE HEAR THE EVIDENCE FIRST and engage in at least a semblance of fairness?

Megyn Kelly made her name feuding with Donald Trump.
Liberal NBC paid her millions to bring her anti-Trump views to their network.
But they were not expecting her to shoot down the Democrats talking points on Kavanaugh.
