Joe Biden traveled to Philadelphia in a desperate attempt to show left-wing activists their dreams of passing legislation to put the federal government in charge of elections in all 50 states was still alive.
Biden demanded Congress pass a bill that would mandate mailing unsolicited ballots to every voter in all 50 states, impose ballot harvesting procedures nationwide, grant violent felons the right to vote the moment they walk out of prison, and eviscerate state voter ID laws.
Democrats do not even have 50 votes in their own caucus to pass this legislation, but Biden wanted to shift blame to the Republicans, so he claimed states passing voter ID laws and banning drive-through voting in the dead of night amounted to the new Jim Crow and the greatest attack on democracy since the Civil War.
“The assault on free and fair elections is just such a threat — literally. I’ve said it before. We’re facing the most significant test of our democracy since the Civil War. It’s not hyperbole — since the Civil War. Confederates, back then, never breached the Capitol as insurrectionists did on January 6. I’m not saying this to alarm you. I’m saying this because you should be alarmed,” Biden roared.
John James graduated from West Point and served eight years in the U.S. military.
James also deployed for multiple tours in Iraq as a captain.
In 2018 and 2020 James lost narrowly in Senate races proving himself a rising star as a black conservative in the GOP.
And on the Fox News show “Outnumbered,” James expressed his outrage that Democrats would play the race card to oppose voter ID laws supported by 80 percent of the American people including the majority of black Americans.
James ripped Democrats for presiding over the modern-day Jim Crow as some of the most segregated cities in America are run by Democrat mayors.
“Come take a look at what Democrats around the country in urban areas have done,” James stated. “If you want to see modern-day Jim Crow, go to Baltimore, go to Chicago, go to St. Louis, where they are advocating for defunding the police that put black people in vulnerable — Democrats are going in their same old trope. They are not offering solutions, they are fixing the blame, they are not fixing the problems.
“The only thing I’m seeing here is as old as the Civil War is the fact that Democrats continue to exploit black people for their own gains,” James concluded.
