Election integrity cases are finally working their way through the system.
And one judge just made this ruling on voter fraud that Donald Trump was waiting to hear.
During the 2020 campaign, Democrats and the media swore up and down that there are no problems with mail-in balloting.
An election for an alderman position in Aberdeen, Mississippi is proof of the dangers of mail-in voting.
A judge in Mississippi ordered a new election after finding that 79 percent of the absentee ballots cast were invalid which meant the winning margin of 37 votes could not stand.

In the sixty-four-page order, Judge Jeff Weill not only calls for a new election but also finds evidence of fraud and criminal activity, in how absentee ballots were handled, how votes were counted, and the actions by some at the polling place.
In his ruling, the judge said that sixty-six of eighty-four absentee ballots cast in the June runoff were not valid and should never have been counted. Nicholas Holliday was declared the winner by a 37 vote margin. Robert Devaull challenged the results in court.
The decision hinged on notary Dallas Jones who notarized absentee ballots in the race.
Judge Weill issued a bench warrant for Jones after the court discovered allegedly illegal conduct in how Jones handled absentee ballots.
Attorney Lydia Quarles, who represented Robert Devaull—the losing candidate who successfully challenged the election result—described the shady conduct that took place.
“When you have an absentee ballot, there’s an envelope, you vote, fold the ballot, put it in an envelope, lick the flap, sign across the flap, then notary signs your election certificate, she testified that she didn’t sign in front of anybody, didn’t see anybody sign it, she just notarized it, just stamped them,” Quarles stated.
In the course of the case, Jones testified that she went to Alderwoman Lady Garth to “cure” her father’s absentee ballot.
Jones claimed that while there, she notarized “30 something” absentee ballots.
Judge Weill’s decision to order a new election comes as Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer are trying to ram a “Permanent Democrat Majority” Act into law.
This legislation would gut any voter fraud enforcement mechanism while imposing universal mail-in balloting, universal ballot harvesting, allowing violent criminals to vote as soon as they leave prison and allow unelected bureaucrats to draw congressional district maps that will favor Democrats.
While court cases did not turn up fraud that would have changed the results of the 2020 election, that does not mean significant voter fraud does not happen.
This fiasco in Mississippi is proof of that.
