And Ron DeSantis turned the tables on Joe Biden by producing a bombshell document.
Ron DeSantis exposed the left’s hypocrisy on open borders by flying 50 illegal aliens to Martha’s Vineyard.
Democrats flew off the handle in response.
California Governor Gavin Newsom demanded Joe Biden criminally prosecute DeSantis on RICO and kidnapping charges.
Pro-open borders lawyers filed a lawsuit on behalf of two illegal aliens DeSantis flew to Barack and Michelle Obama’s summer resort town.
But just like the endless witch hunts against Donald Trump the attempts to sue and prosecute DeSantis instantly collapsed.
DeSantis spokeswoman Taryn Fenske blasted the lawsuit against DeSantis in an interview with Fox News noting that if these lawyers and the Biden administration truly cared about the welfare of illegal aliens they would close the border and not encourage them to make the dangerous trek to America.
“If these activists spent even a fraction of this time and effort at the border, perhaps some accountability would be brought to the Biden Administration’s reckless border policies that entice illegal immigrants to make dangerous and often lethal journeys through Central America and put their lives in the hands of cartels and Coyotes,” Fenske stated.
Fenske also provided Fox News with a copy of the consent form the illegal aliens signed before getting on the plane to Martha’s Vineyard.
“I agree to hold the benefactor or its designed representatives harmless of all liability arising out of or in any way relating to any injuries and damages that may occur during the agreed transport to locations outside of Texas until the final destination in Massachusetts,” the consent form the illegal aliens signed stated.
Since the illegal aliens signed a consent form and were provided maps with clear markings that they were going to Martha’s Vineyard the absurd notion that DeSantis “kidnapped” the illegal aliens or falsely imprisoned them fell apart in laughably quick fashion.
Fenske added that the Biden administration dumped these illegal aliens on the streets of El Paso, Texas to sleep on the sidewalks and to fend for themselves.
The DeSantis administration provided them with showers, food, and the chance to fly to one of the wealthiest communities in America.
But in typical liberal hypocrite fashion the left-wing residents of Martha’s Vineyard had the military show up in less than 48 hours and ship the illegal aliens to a holding facility on a nearby base.
“The immigrants were homeless, hungry, and abandoned – and these activists didn’t care about them then. Florida’s program gave them a fresh start in a sanctuary state and these individuals opted to take advantage of chartered flights to Massachusetts,” Fenske declared. “It was disappointing that Martha’s Vineyard called in the Massachusetts National Guard to bus them away from the island within 48 hours.”
