Ilhan Omar has spent the past year trashing President Donald Trump.
But her attacks are starting to catch up with her in a major way.
And now, Rush Limbaugh just exposed one dirty secret that Omar didn’t want to get out.
Ilhan Omar is trapped in a fight with President Donald Trump that she cannot win.
After falling right into the President’s ambush when it comes to exposing her own radical views, Omar decided to double down on a battle against Trump that will only end in hurting her own political future as well as the entire Democratic Party in 2020.
But there’s another problem that Omar is currently facing too.
And Rush Limbaugh just caught it before anyone else did.
On his radio show this week, Limbaugh asked the obvious question many people are asking.
“’Why did Trump do it?’ There’s a bunch of theories going around that — well, theories, opinion going around about how badly Trump stepped in it here. One theory holds that the Democrats have this internecine war going, and that they’re self-destructing and you’ve got these young Squad members taking shots at Pelosi and that the Democrat Party is disunified and unraveling and then Trump comes along and unifies them,” said Limbaugh.
But there is a method to Trump’s madness, and few have been able to catch on.
“’Why did Trump have to do it? For crying out loud, when your enemy is self-destructing the thing to do is to stand aside, get out of the way and let it happen.’ How many of you think that was the case? The reason I ask is, it’s true that the Democratic Party has got a circular firing squad going on, but I don’t know how many people really know it. I know wonkville knows it. I know all of the blogosphere and the media and all of them know it, but the Democrat Party media is not highlighting just how bad it is. I’m gonna do that for you today. I’m gonna tell you how bad it is. They are not reporting how bad it is,” adds Limbaugh.
It’s simple.
The President wanted to drag the entire Democratic Party into a fight with him that would enable him to portray the entire party as being just as radical as Omar herself is.
And he’s doing it because he knows that the American people overwhelmingly reject Omar, as well as her allies Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Rashida Tlaib.
If Trump can make the Democrats defend these ridiculous members of Congress, he can paint the entire party as being just as radical as these three just in time for the 2020 elections.
And that would ensure his victory against whoever the party nominates to go up against him for the White House.
“In other words, Trump wants Pelosi and the Democrat leadership to adopt the socialism and communism of Cortez and her Squad and whoever else in her little movement is pushing it. That’s what Trump wants, ’cause that can’t lose. Trump cannot lose running against the Democrat Party, which is openly socialist, openly communist, led by young, aspiring anti-Americans,” concludes Limbaugh.
