Joe Biden faced another hurdle in his attempt to weaken America.

But Biden just got hit with one Supreme Court rejection. And Joe Biden suffered this humiliating defeat.
Even center-left Chief Justice John Roberts could not totally abide by Biden’s scheme to open the border to over 400,000 invading illegal aliens every month by immediately ending Title 42.
The Trump administration put Title 42 in place during COVID to allow the government to quickly remove illegal aliens back to their home country after they were caught entering the country.
Nineteen Republican-led states filed an emergency appeal to temporarily halt Biden from lifting this much-needed border security measure.
“This Court’s review is warranted given the enormous national importance of this case. It is not reasonably contestable that the failure to grant a stay will cause an unprecedented calamity at the southern border,” the 19 Republican state attorneys general wrote.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott is overseeing ground zero for Joe Biden’s illegal alien invasion.
Abbott — an establishment moderate — faced criticism on the right for not deploying the Texas National Guard to protect his state’s border with Mexico and deport illegal aliens.
But even Abbott spoke out against the Biden administration’s reckless decision to end Title 42 in the midst of a historic crisis at the southern border.
“If the courts don’t intervene and put a halt of removal to the Title 42 it’s going to be total chaos. It was known from the time that Joe Biden got elected that Joe Biden supported open borders. It is known by the cartels who have sophisticated information whether or not the Biden administration is going to enforce the immigration laws or not is known across the world but most importantly, known among the cartels,” Abbott declared.
El Paso Mayor Oscar Leeser warned residents that he could no longer guarantee the safety of his residents in issuing a state of emergency declaration.
Mayor Lesser declared that the thousands of illegal aliens Joe Biden is set to turn loose in El Paso represented a major threat to public safety.
“I said from the beginning that I would call [a state of emergency] when I felt that either our asylum-seekers or our community was not safe,” Leeser explained. “I really believe that today our asylum-seekers are not safe as we have hundreds and hundreds on the streets, and that’s not the way we want to treat people.”
Since taking office Joe Biden has not made one move to deter illegal immigration or to secure the border.
Instead, Joe Biden created magnet after magnet to attract an ever-increasing number of illegal aliens to invade America.
But for one day the Supreme Court stepped in and slammed the brakes on Biden’s madness.
