There was almost another massive scandal surrounding a mysterious death and a Hillary Clinton antagonist.
This story is straight out of a movie.
And the CIA drew up this bone-chilling plan to assassinate this Hillary Clinton critic.
In 2017, CIA Director Mike Pompeo became obsessed with WikiLeaks and founder Julian Assange after WikiLeaks published the Vault 7 document dump that exposed the CIA’s hacking tools.
This data dump came months after WikiLeaks published emails from the Democratic National Committee and the Clinton campaign.
These emails exposed a corrupt relationship between the corporate media, the Clinton campaign and the Democrat Party.
Democrats and the media claimed – without citing any evidence – that Russia hacked the emails and passed them off to WikiLeaks.
And then Americans – including Hillary Clinton – baselessly claimed Assange and WikiLeaks helped Russia “steal” the election for Trump.
That made Assange and WikiLeaks public enemy number one to the media and the Deep State.
In 2017 Pompeo and top Deep State officials got wind of a supposed plot whereby Russian intelligence agents would spirit Assange out of the Ecuadorian embassy in London where Assange took refuge from charges he claimed were false about a sexual assault.

In 2017, as Julian Assange began his fifth year holed up in Ecuador’s embassy in London, the CIA plotted to kidnap the WikiLeaks founder, spurring heated debate among Trump administration officials over the legality and practicality of such an operation.
Some senior officials inside the CIA and the Trump administration even discussed killing Assange, going so far as to request “sketches” or “options” for how to assassinate him. Discussions over kidnapping or killing Assange occurred “at the highest levels” of the Trump administration, said a former senior counterintelligence official. “There seemed to be no boundaries.”
Under CIA Director Pompeo and his crazed Deep State allies, Pompeo discussed plans to kidnap Assange and even assassinate Assange by ramming his car at the airport.
Yahoo News reached out to Donald Trump for comment and Trump said this story was not true and that Assange had been treated unfairly as the administration sought to extradite Assange and bring him up on espionage charges.
“It’s totally false, it never happened,” Trump added. “In fact, I think he’s been treated very badly.”
The treatment of Julian Assange is one of the more shameful episodes in American history.
Journalism in its truest form is publishing information that powerful people do not want the public to know about.
That can include classified information.
The Yahoo report noted that Pompeo and other Deep State rogues considered classifying investigative journalist Glenn Greenwald as an information broker as opposed to a journalist so they could target him.
WikiLeaks was once a darling of the liberal left.
But after Assange leaked emails during the 2016 campaign, the left turned on Assange.
And even so-called “conservatives” like Mike Pompeo threw in with the Deep State and the left to dream up ghoulish plans to take out Assange.
