Joe Biden just got hit with the mother of all October surprises.
And just like Hillary Clinton, it came in the form of a secret email.
The FBI found this smoking gun email that destroyed Joe Biden’s Ukraine cover-up.
The presidential campaign was turned upside down after the New York Post published a bombshell story alleging that Joe Biden knew about the corrupt Ukrainian energy company Burisma engaging in a pay-to-play scheme with his son Hunter Biden to influence U.S. policy for Burisma’s benefit.
FBI agents took possession of a laptop dropped off at a Delaware computer store for repairs in December 2019.
The shop’s owner claims he copied the contents of what he found before turning over the laptop to the FBI after they presented him with a subpoena.
In the story, the Post published email correspondence from Vadym Pozharskyi – who is advisor to the Burisma Board of Directors and the company’s third-ranking executive – and Hunter Biden from 2015 that shed light on what Burisma thought they purchased when the company put Hunter Biden on the board at a salary of $50,000 per month.
Burisma allegedly got Hunter Biden to set up a meeting between then-Vice President Biden and Pozharskyi.
The Post exclusively reported that “Hunter Biden introduced his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, to a top executive at a Ukrainian energy firm less than a year before the elder Biden pressured government officials in Ukraine into firing a prosecutor who was investigating the company, according to emails obtained by The Post.”
In a follow-up email,Pozharskyi thanked Hunter Biden for the meeting.
Eight months after Pozharskyi allegedly met with Biden, the Vice President famously blackmailed the Ukrainian President into firing a prosecutor that had been investigating Burisma.
“Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together. It’s realty [sic] an honor and pleasure,” Pozharskyi wrote.
This claim – if true – undercuts Biden’s claim that he never discussed his son’s foreign business dealings and knew nothing about what Hunter Biden was up to.
But the story gets worse.
It was clear from the very start Hunter Biden understood Burisma put him on their board as part of a pay-to-play influence peddling scheme.
Shortly after Burisma added Hunter Biden to the board,Pozharskyi emailed Biden and his business partner Devon Archer in May 2014 asking about using Hunter Biden’s political influence to help Burisma in what Pozharskyi described in the email’s subject line as an “urgent issue.”
“We urgently need your advice on how you could use your influence to convey a message / signal, etc.to stop what we consider to be politically motivated actions,” Pozharskyi wrote.
Hunter Biden allegedly wrote back asking for “the formal (if any) accusations being made against Burisma.”
“Who is ultimately behind these attacks on the company? Who in the current interim government could put an end to such attacks?” Biden continued.
These emails represent one of the all-time October surprises.
In one fell swoop, they called into question Joe Biden’s honesty about his son’s business dealings, if the Biden family was compromised by Hunter Biden’s shady business dealings and proved Donald Trump right for wanting an investigation into Hunter Biden’s corruption.
