North Korea has continually ignored calls for an end to their nuclear weapons program.
Their arrogant disregard for the rest of the world has them in hot water.
And to make things worse, North Korea just made an unthinkable threat against President Trump.
The unpredictability of the hermit kingdom run by Kim Jong Un has only exasperated following the election of President Donald Trump.
President Trump’s refusal to play into their hands has forced Kim Jong Un to act like a cornered animal and fight back any way he can.
And just days ago North Korea threatened an “unimaginable strike” on the United States, at an “unimaginable time.”
As reported by Breitbart:
“North Korea threatened to deliver an “unimaginable strike” on the United States amid strained relations between Pyongyang and Washington over the rogue regime’s nuclear and missile programs.
“The U.S. is running amok by introducing under our nose the targets we have set as primary ones. The U.S. should expect that it would face unimaginable strike [sic] at an unimaginable time,” warned an unnamed North Koran agency in a statement reportedly published by the Pyongyang-controlled Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) on Thursday.
Reuters, citing the Russian-controlled RIA Novosti news agency the following day, reported that a North Korean diplomat indicated that dictator Kim Jong-un does not intend to conduct any discussions with the United States over its nuclear program, claiming that having nukes is a “matter of life and death for us.”
Choe Son-hui, the director-general of the North American department of North Korea’s foreign ministry, reportedly told a non-proliferation conference in Moscow that the United States would have to deal with North Korea’s nuclear capabilities.
“This is a matter of life and death for us. The current situation deepens our understanding that we need nuclear weapons to repel a potential attack,” he said. “We will respond to fire with fire.”
Pyongyang issued the threat as the South Korean and American navies are preparing massive joint exercises off the Korean Peninsula involving the U.S. aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan.”
President Trump has been harsh on the North Korean regime, imposing numerous sanctions.
Despite the sanctions, North Korea has continued to fire intercontinental ballistic missiles and carry out nuclear tests.
Their dangerous actions have gotten so out of control that even China, their closest historical ally, has stated that war with North Korea is not off the table.
This comes after China placed unprecedented sanctions on North Korea, restricting imports of oil, and blocking exports of North Korean textiles.
The anti-American rhetoric from North Korea has increased heavily following President Donald Trump’s speech at the United Nations last month.
During the speech, President Trump ridiculed the isolated nation and their human rights violations and cautioned that America would “totally destroy” North Korea if it becomes necessary to defend itself and its allies.
It is unclear the timeline that North Korea is proposing for their “unimaginable strike” on the United States.
The only thing that is clear is that President Trump is ready to fight back by any means necessary.
Do you think North Korea will try to attack the United States?
