The establishment never expected Donald Trump to win the election.
Elites were seething with rage and they immediately went about trying to nullify the election results.
Now a former top advisor to Bill Clinton is exposing the details of the plot against Trump.
Dick Morris was Bill Clinton’s chief strategist.
He was credited with crafting the message that rescued Bill Clinton from a political death spiral after the 1994 midterms and put him on a path to re-election in 1996.
In a new book written with wife Eileen McGann – ‘Rogue Spooks: The Intelligence War on Donald Trump’ – Morris explains how Deep State agents in the intelligence community are working with the media to oust Trump.

“A new book out this week from GOP political consultant Dick Morris, once Bill Clinton’s top whisperer, claims that liberal intelligence agents have teamed with “friendly” reporters to destroy the Trump presidency with leaks.
In a storyline that sounds like the left-wing version of the “vast right-wing conspiracy” that Hillary Rodham Clinton said in 1998 was trying to take down her husband, Rogue Spooks: The Intelligence War on Donald Trump charges that former President Obama put the conspiracy into hyperdrive after Trump was elected.
“Their goal: destabilize Trump. Their method: Leaking to friendly reporters,” writes Morris and co-author Eileen McGann.
Trump has been repeatedly hobbled by leaks from inside the intelligence community, most from unnamed sources but some notably from top officials.
The Morris-McGann book charges that the effort by the “intel/media complex” began during the 2016 campaign. But it’s biggest effort, to publicize a phony “dossier” about Trump failed to gain traction, and Trump was elected.
At that point, they write, the Democrats, Obama and the liberals installed in the intelligence community, got the dossier publicized and continued to leak mostly on the Russia scandal story.
“From the minute Donald Trump was elected, ‘deep state’ bureaucrats still serving in the highest levels of government were leaking and plotting to destroy Donald Trump and his aides at any costs. Daily leaks of transcripts of his phone calls, diplomatic meetings, internal memos, private conversations, and intelligence reports on his associates — including his son-in-law — were eagerly fed to a hungry press,” they write in the book, published by St. Martin’s Press and provided to Secrets.”
Should the Deep State and media succeed in driving Trump from office, it would have profound consequences for American democracy.
The will of the American people would have been thwarted by unelected and unaccountable “journalists” and bureaucrats.
It would erase the idea that the American people have control of their government and freely get to choose their leaders.
It’s a subversion of our way of life and the biggest scandal in American history.
