CNN and Joe Biden are waging a two-pronged war on Trump supporters.
But they got some bad news.
And that happened when Trey Gowdy dropped the hammer on Joe Biden with a reality check that will crush CNN.
CNN and the Biden administration made censoring conservative speech the primary policy objective of the left in 2021.
It began earlier this year when CNN tried to pressure cable companies to drop Fox News, Newsmax and One America News Network.
Now the Biden administration escalated the fight with a demand that Facebook obey a Communist Chinese-style censorship demand from the Biden administration to censor posts about the coronavirus vaccine that the administration does not like.
Biden doubled down on the demands for Facebook to suppress speech by claiming that Facebook was killing people.
However, Biden took fire for demanding Facebook follow government orders to censor posts and tried to walk back his claim by demanding that Facebook silence 12 accounts the Biden administration named on a public enemies list.
“Facebook isn’t killing people. These 12 people are out there giving misinformation. Anyone listening to it is getting hurt by it. It’s killing people. It’s bad information. My hope is that Facebook instead of taking it personally that somehow I’m saying that Facebook is killing people, that they would do something about the misinformation, the outrageous misinformation about the vaccine,” Biden stated.
In an appearance on “Fox News Special Report,” former South Carolina Congressman Trey Gowdy ripped Biden for trying to pressure Facebook to censor posts about the vaccine.
Gowdy claimed that the vast majority of Americans got their medical advice from their doctor.
“I just — maybe it’s just being off in South Carolina. I don’t know a living soul that would take their medical advice from Facebook. Go ask your doctor. If you don’t have a doctor, go find one that you trust. Who in the world would face any base any major decision in life based on something they read on social media? Democracies require educated and moral citizenry. Let’s focus on the first part of that, an educated citizenry. Go ask a medical doctor,” Gowdy stated.
Critics contend the Biden administration will not stop with demanding Facebook delete “misinformation” about the coronavirus.
In the 2022 and 2024 elections Democrats will demand Facebook censor conservative speech on so-called global warming, the Second Amendment, the homosexual agenda, and any other topic they claim will lead to the deaths of Americans.
And the strong likelihood is that Facebook will play ball.
In 2020, Facebook censored a truthful report from The New York Times about evidence of alleged financial crimes on Hunter Biden’s laptop because Democrats and rogue Deep State intelligence community officials claimed it was Russian disinformation.
In reality, misinformation and disinformation are really just facts Democrats don’t want people to know.
And that is why the Biden administration is using the coronavirus vaccine as a test case for a government-mandated censorship regime to control the flow of information Americans receive about the upcoming elections to limit news stories they can read to those that are carefully curated by the left to advance the Democrats’ political narrative.
