Barack Obama’s Deep State just received a stay of execution.
But no one could believe the reason why.
That’s because Trey Gowdy made this awful announcement that took everyone by surprise.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions appointed U.S. Attorney from Utah, John Huber, to investigate the FBI and Department of Justice’s abuses of power during the 2016 election.
Sessions resisted the calls from Trump supporters to appoint a second special counsel to probe into the lawless conduct of Obama Deep State officials James Comey, Loretta Lynch, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, and the rest of their conspirators.
But he did task Huber to work with the DOJ’s Inspector General to root out any criminal conduct.
Congress had scheduled Huber to testify on December 5th to give an update on the progress of his investigation.
However, the death of former President George H.W. Bush scuttled those plans.
Trey Gowdy, who chairs the House Oversight Committee, announced Huber’s testimony had been canceled and that no makeup date was put on the calendar.
Testimony by U.S. Attorney John Huber has been POSTPONED, according to the spokesperson for @TGowdySC.
It was originally scheduled for Dec. 5, same day as the services for former President George H.W. Bush.
"We do not have another date scheduled," spokesperson says.

Obama and his Deep State henchmen breathed a sigh of relief.
There are just a precious few days remaining until the Democrats take over control of the House.
If the Republicans do not reschedule Huber’s testimony soon, the Democrats will use their awesome power as the majority party to never allow Huber’s testimony to see the light of day.
They will simply refuse to put him on the calendar and hope everyone forgets about his work.
Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats know Huber is sitting on political dynamite.
Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s previous report on the Clinton email investigation implied that then Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates had leaned on the FBI to end an investigation into the Clinton Foundation.
“The American people continue to learn new information on a regular basis calling into question law enforcement’s impartiality, and creating the perception that the last administration was using political power to affect the outcome of investigations,” House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte wrote to Attorney General Sessions at the time.
Goodlatte’s letter was part of the GOP’s push demanding that Sessions appoint a second special counsel.
News also broke that a Clinton Foundation whistleblower stepped forward and is cooperating with Huber’s investigation.
John Solomon of the Hill disclosed tonight a member of the Clinton Foundation is cooperating with Huber CF probe. That person is Justin Cooper, and he will get immunity. Justin proxies from Braverman, so there is a second source to back up Cooper. Have a great weekend!!

In addition to the FBI’s Clinton Foundation cover up, the House Intelligence Committee uncovered a series of FBI actions that run afoul of federal law.
FBI agents withheld key information in an application for a warrant to spy on former Trump campaign aide Carter Page.
Congressman Mark Meadows also dropped a bombshell that emails and text messages show James Comey had lied to Congress when he claimed there was no coordination between the FBI and the DOJ on the Clinton email investigation.
“And here we are today with emails, text messages, that says that even the ‘no coordination’ message that Director Comey put out on that infamous day in July was actually suggested by the Department of Justice,” Meadows declared in a Fox News interview.
But now Huber’s ability to bring all this rogue conduct to light is threatened.
Will Republicans reschedule his testimony before the clock runs out on their majority?
We will keep you up to date on any new developments in this ongoing story.
