Donald Trump and his supporters got some bad news.
Once again it came in court from a biased judge.
And Donald Trump suffered this election-related court defeat that will have you red with rage.
Federal Judge Leslie Abrams Gardner reversed a decision by two counties in Georgia to remove voters from the rolls that no longer lived in the state and were therefore no longer eligible to vote.
Trump campaign rapid response director Andrew Clark blasted the decision which could help Democrats commit voter fraud in the January 5 Senate runoff elections.
“These counties are not just removing voters for kicks. They have evidence that those voters 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗮. They would still have been allowed to cast a provisional ballot!” Clark wrote on social media.
Gardner is the sister of Stacey Abrams, the failed 2018 Georgia gubernatorial candidate who many Trump supporters believe masterminded Joe Biden stealing Georgia’s 16 Electoral College votes this November.
The lawsuit challenging the purging of out of state, ineligible voters was brought by Majority Forward, which was represented by lawyer Marc Elias.
Elias was the attorney the Clinton campaign used in 2016 to hire Fusion GPS to put together the fake news Christopher Steele dossier.
Majority Forward filed their lawsuit after a voter named Ralph Russell in Muscogee County lodged a challenge to protect the integrity of the vote.
“I believe that each of the individuals named … as a result of registering their name and change of address to a location outside of Muscogee County, removed to another state with the intention of making the new state their residence,” Russell explained when he made his challenge. “Thus, each individual has lost their residence in Muscogee County, and consequently, each individual is ineligible to vote in Muscogee County.”
The Muscogee County Board of Elections attorney argued that Abrams’ sister Stacey’s involvement with the group “Fair Fight” and its pending litigation made it a small dunk call that Judge Gardner should recuse herself based on an obvious conflict of interest.
“Abrams’ involvement in the Fair Fight Litigation … is sufficient to satisfy the standard for mandatory judicial recusal,” Muscogee County’s attorneys argued. “Abrams has a clear interest in the outcome of this proceeding and other similarly situated litigation in Georgia due to her voting advocacy through projects such as Fair Fight and the New Georgia Project.”
Judge Gardner ignored these obvious facts and refused to recuse herself.
This is Republicans’ nightmare scenario.
An obvious biased political activist posing as a judge opened the door for massive voter fraud in two key Senate elections by rejecting the ability of two counties to make sure voters that no longer live in the state of Georgia are voting illegally in races that could decide control of the U.S. Senate.
