Tucker Carlson went on Fox News and made an extraordinary claim.
Viewers were left speechless.
Tucker Carlson explained the horrible way someone is trying to blackmail him off the air.
Appearing on Maria Bartiromo’s Fox News program, Carlson added more evidence to substantiate his claim that the Biden administration – through the National Security Agency – spied on him by monitoring his emails.
Carlson stated a whistleblower told him the NSA planned to leak the contents of his emails to journalists to undermine his credibility as a critic of the Biden administration.
“Yesterday, I learned, and this is going to come out soon, that the NSA leaked the contents of my email to journalists in an effort to discredit me. I know because I got a call from one of them, saying ‘oh, this is what your email is about.’ It’s not in any way a figment of my imagination. It’s confirmed. It’s true,” Carlson added.
Carlson explained to Bartiromo that no one other than the person that he sent his emails to knew the contents of the conversation in question.
“I think more ominously, they’re using the information they gather to put leverage and to threaten opposition journalists, people who criticize the Biden administration. It’s happening to me right now,” Carlson added, “There was one other person who knew I sent that email and it was my executive producer Justin Wells. That’s it and I didn’t mention it to anybody else including my wife. There’s just no possibility that anyone else could have known.”
Carlson added that a journalist who – apparently received his leaked emails – contacted Carlson the night before and read back verbatim the contents of his emails.
“Yesterday, I got a call right before air at like 7:15 from a journalist who I know and I like … And he repeated back to me what’s in my email and he got it because the NSA had leaked it,” Carlson stated.
Carlson explained to viewers that some members of the corporate media defended the NSA spying on Carlson by claiming Carlson tries to set up interviews with foreign leaders so of course the NSA would snoop through his emails.
The popular Fox News host rejected that idea noting that as a journalist he’s free to email and interview whoever he wants without the government looking over his shoulder and reading his emails.
“I’m allowed to email with anyone I want … I’m a journalist and I’m an American more importantly. It’s none of your business who I’m emailing with. If you think I’m committing a crime, then charge me with it, and if I’m not committing a crime, then please leave me alone. I have a right to communicate in private with other people,” Carlson concluded.
The NSA leaking Carlson’s emails would be a criminal act.
It’s clear now that someone in the intelligence community leaked Carlson’s emails to the press.
Americans need to know who did this and why.
