Reality just smacked Joe Biden and the Democrat Party in the face.
This time the wake-up call was from an unlikely source.
Now Tucker Carlson pointed out an unexpected truth that will end the Democrat Party.
There is no bottom in sight for Joe Biden’s sinking poll numbers.
Tucker Carlson explained that harsh fact of life in a monologue where Carlson honed in on the latest Marist poll.
That poll showed just 29 percent of independents approved of Joe Biden’s job as president.
Carlson told viewers those types of numbers drive political consultants to drink because they know their client is doomed.
“The new Marist polls out, it shows that only 29% of independents support Joe Biden. That is a very bad number. How bad is it? For perspective, in the last election, Donald Trump took 41% of independent voters and lost. So if you’re a political consultant, a poll that shows 29% independents support sends you immediately to the liquor cabinet for more vodka. It means your candidate is going to lose along with everyone who’s connected to your candidate. You’re looking at this tsunami forming on the horizon aimed at you. It’s terrifying,” Carlson began.
But Carlson continued on telling the audience that as unbelievable as it sounds Biden bottoming out with 29 percent support among independents was not the most worrisome number for Democrats.
Carlson highlighted the fact that just 33 percent of Hispanic voters approved of Joe Biden.
“But for Joe Biden, that’s just the beginning of the bad news. That same Marist poll shows Biden at 33% among Hispanic voters. In other words, 67% of the so-called Latino community does not support Joe Biden. It’s hard even to process a number like that. It’s just too far from the conventional view of American politics,” Carlson added.
When Barack Obama won 71 percent of the Hispanic vote in 2012 much was made of Democrats owning a stranglehold on the fastest growing demographic in America.
But Donald Trump’s support for police and secure borders while opposing Black Lives Matter and COVID lockdowns and vaccine mandates realigned American politics.
Carlson told his viewers that Joe Biden’s poor standing with Hispanic voters meant the Democrat Party was finished as a national governing majority.
“The advisers around Joe Biden understand this perfectly well. If these new polling numbers are right, even if they’re just sort of right, this is the end of the Democratic Party as a governing majority. It’s bewildering to think that,” Carlson added.
Over two-thirds of Hispanic voters disapproving of Joe Biden puts Democrats at risk of losing a landslide election in 2024.
States like Nevada and New Mexico – which Democrats routinely now win – will be in play.
Pitiful poll numbers like the ones from Marist terrify national Democrats.
The left can either stick with a doomed Joe Biden or make a switch to a lesser candidate that emerges from a bloody primary.
Either way, key segments of the voting population clearly rejected the socialist agenda pushed by Biden and the Democrats and Tucker Carlson believes that tees up Democrats for a massive rebuke in 2024.
