The Biden administration responded to a letter from the National School Boards Association smearing parents that protested mask mandates and critical race theory as domestic terrorists by unleashing the FBI to target school board meeting protestors.
One of the examples cited by the National School Boards Association was the case of Scott Smith, a Loudoun County, Virginia parent.
Smith protested a radical transgender bathroom policy back in June when the meeting spiraled out of control.
Police slammed Smith on the ground bloodying his face and dragged him out in handcuffs.
The Biden administration and the National School Boards Association held up Smith as the poster child for rage-filled parents threatening and harassing innocent school board members.
But as with all left-wing political narratives, the truth told a different story and revealed Smith as a hero and the Biden administration and Loudoun County School Board as the real villains.
Luke Rosiak of The Daily Wire reported that Smith attended the June 2021 school board meeting to speak out against the fact that the school board covered up a May 28 incident where a boy wearing a skirt allegedly raped his 14-year-old daughter in the girls’ bathroom of their school.
“As Loudoun schools sought to pass a controversial transgender policy in June, it concealed that a 9th-grade girl was allegedly raped by a ‘gender fluid’ student in a school bathroom just 3 weeks prior, The Daily Wire has learned,” Rosiak posted on social media.
Rosiak added that after the school board denied there was ever a sexual assault on campus property, the alleged transgender rapist reportedly committed another sexual assault at his new school on October 6.
“In June, LCPS lectured the public for worrying about a ‘red herring,’ saying the district had 0 bathroom assaults on record. It quietly transferred the boy charged in the May 28 assault to a new school. October 6, he was arrested for a new sex assault inside a classroom there,” Rosiak added.
Rosiak reported that the county prosecutor tried to threaten Smith with jail time to prevent him from telling the story of his daughter’s alleged rape which the prosecutor knew would have galvanized opposition to the school board’s radical transgender policy.
“The father of the victim is a man you’ve seen: The bald man being dragged by the police. The county’s top elected prosecutor personally tried to put him in jail. He was issued a no-trespassing order keeping him from telling his story at the meeting where the trans policy passed,” Rosiak added.
Americans across the country expressed outrage that the Biden administration and left-wing school boards colluded to deploy FBI agents as enforcers of the left’s radical agenda pushing mask mandates, Marxist critical race theory and anti-science transgender bathroom policies.
Just the thought of FBI agents monitoring school board meetings in order to determine which parents belong on the Biden administration’s enemies list is enough to intimidate most parents into not speaking up at school board meetings against policies that harm their children.
The Biden administration and their far-left allies at the National School Boards Association figured they could hold up Scott Smith as the example of lunatic parents attending school board meetings with mayhem on their minds.
Instead, the truth was that Smith was the symbol of a tyrannical federal government run amok weaponizing law enforcement to silence and arrest their political opponents.
