Democrats melted down over the prospect of 50 illegal aliens entering their tiny, celebrity-filled neighborhoods and floated wild claims about DeSantis violating federal kidnapping and human trafficking statutes.

California Governor Gavin Newsom dispatched a letter to the partisan Biden Department of Justice demanding Attorney General Merrick Garland launch a criminal investigation using RICO statutes – which the government used to prosecute mob bosses – to try and jail DeSantis.

Since the Justice Department is now the partisan enforcer for the Democrat Party, Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco told Bloomberg that the DOJ received the Democrats’ request to investigate, prosecute and jail DeSantis and would soon decide on its course of action.
“Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco on Friday, in an interview with Bloomberg, said the DOJ is reviewing ‘a number of inquiries and letters’ it received about the GOP governors transporting migrants, including Newsom’s demand for an investigation,” POLITICO reported.
The Department of Justice and the FBI spent six years investigating Donald Trump in the hopes of fabricating a crime to prevent him from running for re-election in 2024.
Polls show Ron DeSantis is the most likely Republican besides Trump to win the GOP nomination.
