Melania Trump was the star of the second night of the Republican National Convention.
But as soon as she was done, the left sensed how effective the speech was and pounced to try and take her down.
And now a former stripper came forward with this awful accusation against Melania Trump.
Melania Trump delivered a well-received speech from the Rose Garden that made the case of Donald Trump’s re-election, expressed empathy for the victims of the coronavirus and racial injustice and told Americans her gratitude of coming to the United States and becoming an immigrant.
The First Lady knocked it out of the park and culminated an expertly staged first two days of the convention that exceeded expectations.
After the speech, the left’s social media smear machine got into the act.
Former congressional candidate DeAnna Lorraine tweeted that America needed more women like Melania Trump than foul-mouthed rapper Cardi B.
“America needs far more women like Melania Trump and far less like Cardi B,” Lorraine posted on Twitter.
That invited a response from Cardi B who referenced her new hit song “WAP” – which stands for “Wet @ss P$%^y” – by falsely accusing Melania Trump of being a prostitute.
“Didn’t she used to sell that Wap?” Cardi B responded.
Cardi B repeated a flat out lie that floated around during the last campaign.
In 2017, Melania Trump settled a defamation lawsuit with the Daily Mail after the outlet published an online story accusing Trump of working as a high-dollar prostitute as opposed to a model before she met Donald Trump.
CNN reported at the time the Daily Mail paid the First Lady 2.9 million dollars as part of the settlement for running this false story.
Cardi B is a very controversial character in her own right.
Before hitting it big as a rap star, Cardi B worked as a stripper.
On a video posted to Instagram, Cardi B claimed while working as a stripper she would drug and rob the men that came into the club where she danced.
“I had to go strip, I had to go, ‘Oh yeah, you want to … me?,’” Cardi B allegedly stated. “‘Yeah, yeah, yeah, let’s go back to this hotel.’ and I drugged [men] up, and I robbed them. That’s what I used to do.”
Cardi B later tried to explain her actions by claiming that she just did what she had to do to survive.
“I talked about things I had to do in my past right or wrong that I felt I needed to do to make a living,” Cardi B posted to Instagram. “I never claim to be perfect or some from a perfect world wit a perfect past I always speak my truth I always own my [past].”
Melania Trump’s speech was a hit.
The surest way to know it was effective is to judge the unhinged reaction from the left on social media.
