This could end up being the biggest scandal of Joe Biden’s life.
Members of Biden’s own party may be the ones who bring Biden down.
And all hell broke loose when Joe Biden got a disturbing letter from these two Democrats.
Critics contend Joe Biden’s overseeing the biggest assault on the Constitution and civil liberties of any American president in history.
Biden’s Department of Justice authorized the CIA to catalogue parents that protested at school board meetings over critical race theory and mask mandates as enemies of the state.
The Department of Homeland Security released a new policy labeling anyone that criticized the administration as spreading misinformation and could be treated as domestic extremists.
Biden government officials regularly demand social media companies censor dissenting voices.
The DOJ even intercepted a conservative congressman’s mail and read its contents.
Now two Democrats – Senators Ron Wyden of Oregon and Martin Heinrich of New Mexico – dispatched a letter to the administration demanding answers about a previously secret CIA program that illegally collected information about American citizens.
“The CIA has a secret, undisclosed data repository that includes information collected about Americans, two Democrats on the Senate Intelligence Committee said. While neither the agency nor lawmakers would disclose specifics about the data, the senators alleged the CIA had long hidden details about the program from the public and Congress,” the Washington Post reported.
Wyden and Heinrich’s letter demanded answers before Congress reauthorized any Deep State spying programs.
“It is critical that Congress not legislate without awareness of a … CIA program, and that the American public not be misled into believe that the reforms in any reauthorization legislation fully cover the IC’s collection of their records,” Senators Wyden and Heinrich wrote.
The CIA responded with a boilerplate letter that raised more questions than answers.
In its response, the CIA claimed Congress “fully and currently informed of its classified activities related to these two programs.”
Obviously this was not true or else Senators Wyden and Heinrich would not have written their letter.
The CIA also falsely claimed it safeguarded any information about Americans “incidentally” collected when the agency spies on a foreign target.
“In the course of any lawful collection, CIA may incidentally acquire information about Americans who are in contact with foreign nationals,” the CIA added. “When the CIA acquires information about Americans, it safeguards that information in accordance with procedures approved by the Attorney General, which restrict the CIA’s ability to collect, retain, use, and disseminate the information.”
This is also not true.
Tucker Carlson revealed the NSA intercepted his emails when Carlson tried to set up an interview with Vladimir Putin and planned to leak the emails to the press to smear Carlson as a Russian agent.
Senator Wyden is no stranger to this issue.
In 2013, Wyden asked the Director of National Intelligence James Clapper if the government collected hundreds of millions of texts, phone, and email communication records from Americans.
Under oath, Clapper denied that charge.
But when whistleblower Edward Snowden revealed the existence of Barack Obama’s unconstitutional warrantless domestic spying program, critics accused Clapper of perjuring himself.
And now Wyden caught another Democrat administration in a massive CIA spying scandal.
