Joe Biden walked in to Election Day expecting a landslide.
But as the results came in, one truth became obvious to everyone.
And all hell broke loose when this truth about the polls became clear to Joe Biden.
As Election Day dawned and Americans headed to the polls, the picture the pollsters painted was clear.
Joe Biden led Donald Trump by about eight to ten points nationally and in everyone of the key battleground states.
Some polls like Susquehanna, the Trafalgar Group and Rasmussen showed the race in key states like Pennsylvania tightening.
Major media pollsters like The New York Times’ Nate Cohn pitched a fit and claimed they would no longer use the Real Clear Polling averages in news stories any longer because those polls showed a tight race in the key battleground states whereas his polls showed a blowout.
“Just go down the list of each RCP average this morning, and ask ‘are the cutoff dates consistent?’ and ‘who would benefit if the cutoff date was a day earlier.’ The answers are ‘no’ and Biden. This has been true for a while now, but they really took it up a couple of notches over the weekend. And unfortunately it’s enough that I won’t be using the site anymore for citing polling averages.”
The Presidential Election is now in overtime.
Mail-in ballots and late arriving votes will be counted for days.
The outcome of the race will very likely head to the Supreme Court.
Monmouth University’s final poll in Pennsylvania showed Biden up seven.
“Gold Standard” polls from NBC/Marist showed Joe Biden up five in Pennsylvania.
The Washington Post published a poll showing Joe Biden up 17 points in Wisconsin.
Real Clear Politics’ polling averages showed Trump up over four points in Michigan.
All of these results were wrong.
Democrats in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin shut down vote counting on Election Night with the President leading the vote count in all three states.
It was just what Americans feared and Donald Trump warned about.
The President and his allies predicted that the President would be winning the key states on Election Night and the Democrats would hold the vote open for days on end to conjure up enough votes necessary to flip the election to Joe Biden.
The vote will now drag on for days and the outcome of the race is likely to head to the Supreme Court.
But no matter who wins this election, one thing is blatantly obvious – polling in America is broken.
At best the polls were wrong.
At worst the pollsters rigged them in the Democrats’ favor to suppress the GOP turnout by convincing Trump supporters their cause was hopeless and Joe Biden would win in a blowout.
