Barack Obama spent eight years as President working to hide one truth from the American people.
If it got out, it could have ruined him.
But now that he is out of office, Barack Obama let the cat out of the bag on his worst secret.
On Easter Sunday, the nation of Sri Lanka was rocked by multiple bombings that targeted Christians and their churches.
290 innocents – including some Americans – were murdered by a terrorist group linked to the radical Islamist National Thowheed Jamath organization.
Americans, as well as citizens around the globe, rushed to offer their condolences and prayers for the families of the victims.
Barack Obama also tweeted out his expression of sympathy.
But he used a curious phrase.
Obama described the Christians murdered in their churches as “Easter worshippers.”
Obama wrote, “The attacks on tourists and Easter worshippers in Sri Lanka are an attack on humanity. On a day devoted to love, redemption, and renewal, we pray for the victims and stand with the people of Sri Lanka.”
Christians weren’t attending service to worship Easter.
They were there to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ and to show their devotion to the gospel.
Obama ignored this truth.
But he was not the only Democrat to use the odd phrase “Easter worshippers.”
Hillary Clinton tweeted it out as well.
“On this holy weekend for many faiths, we must stand united against hatred and violence. I’m praying for everyone affected by today’s horrific attacks on Easter worshippers and travelers in Sri Lanka,” the failed 2016 Presidential candidate wrote.
Current Democrat Presidential candidate Joaquin Castro deployed the same phrase as well.
“On a day of redemption and hope, the evil of these attacks on Easter worshippers and tourists in Sri Lanka is deeply saddening. My prayers today are with the dead and injured, and their families. May we find grace,” Castro tweeted.
Critics often accused Obama during his eight years in office of being hostile towards Christianity and carrying a soft spot for radical Islamists.
The former President, his allies in the fake news media, and every Democrat swore up and down this was not the case.
But many Christians suspected otherwise.
The Obama administration tried to force The Little Sisters of the Poor to violate their Christian faith by providing abortion-inducing drugs as part of Obamacare’s birth control mandate.
Obama lit the White House up in rainbow lights the day the Supreme Court imposed nationwide homosexual marriage on America.
Even with all the evidence in plain sight, Democrats still claimed that, under Obama, they were not declaring war on Christianity in America.
But that lie completely collapsed with the succession of insensitive tweets about the Easter bombings in Sri Lanka.
It was no coincidence that every Democrat used the phrase “Easter worshippers” instead of Christians to describe the victims of this radical Islamic terrorism.
Obama set the tone with his tweet—and critics believe it portrays his true feelings towards the people of the Christian faith.
