Hillary Clinton is back.
She’s released a new book that has the two-time failed Presidential candidate back in the spotlight.
And one excerpt had Bill Clinton wishing this book never saw the light of day.
In Hillary’s new book “What Happened” she blasted Donald Trump for his conduct during the second Presidential debate.
She accused him of “looming” and ripped him as a “creep.”
Breitbart reported:
“But from excerpts released to MSNBC’s Morning Joe, she also takes issue with where Trump stood at the second presidential debate — accusing him of getting too close to her.
“It was incredibly uncomfortable,” she said. “He was literally breathing down my neck. My skin crawled. It was one of those moments where you wish you could hit pause and ask everyone watching, well, what would you do?”
“Do you stay calm, keep smiling and carry on as if he weren’t repeatedly invading your space? Or do you turn, look him in the eye and say loudly and clearly: ‘Back up you creep, get away from me. I know you love to intimidate women, but you can’t intimidate me, so back up.’”
“I kept my cool, aided by a lifetime of dealing with men trying to throw me off,” added Clinton.”
While many in the media cheered her attack on Trump, one conservative commentator used the excerpt to land a stinging joke at Bill Clinton’s expense.
Appearing on ‘Tucker Carlson Tonight’ Mark Steyn quipped he thought he was describing her first date with Bill Clinton.
Fox News reported:
“On ‘Tucker Carlson Tonight’, Mark Steyn said this shows just how “phony” and “un-self-aware” Clinton is.
“When she’s talking about this guy looming behind her, making her feel uncomfortable, invading her space, with a reputation for groping women, and she wants to say, ‘Back off, you creep,’ I thought she was recalling her first date with Bill,” Steyn said.
He said it’s “quite amazing” that the central passage of Clinton’s new book is about what it’s like to be intimidated and made to feel uncomfortable by an aggressive man.
“Now you know how Paula and Monica and Kathleen and Juanita and all the rest of them feel,” Steyn said, referring to women who have accused former President Bill Clinton of sexual misconduct.
He pointed out that Hillary Clinton could actually write an interesting book detailing her marriage to former President Clinton or tracing just how she lost to Trump, but that’s apparently not what she chose to do.
“This could have been an interesting book, but if it’s as phony as this, this is just going to be, I believe, her third unread memoir,” Steyn said.”
Steyn’s joke was reminiscent of how Trump handled the release of the Access Hollywood tape.
He apologized for his locker room talk but noted while his misdeeds were just words, Bill Clinton was actually accused of raping, sexually assaulting and sexually harassing women.
He even invited four women who accused Bill Clinton of sexual misconduct to a press conference he held before the second Presidential debate as a way to keep the spotlight on Clinton’s misdeeds and highlight how Hillary Clinton covered for Bill by attacking the women.
And just like in the campaign, Hillary Clinton attacked Trump for his treatment of women only to have her attack boomerang and smack Bill Clinton in the face.
