Brett Kavanaugh’s accuser’s story is falling apart.
The Democrats hoped Christine Ford’s claim that Kavanaugh tried to rape her in high school would sink his nomination.
But Kavanaugh’s accuser just got some very bad news.
Another Witness Steps Forward
Christine Ford claimed a number of fellow students either witnessed the attack or heard about it.
But that was not true.
Ford named two boys who attended the party.
She claimed Mark Judge was in the room when Kavanaugh tried to rape her and that PJ Smyth was at the party as well.
But both witnesses wrote letters to the Judiciary Committee denying ever being at the party.
Prosecutors can charge them with lying if their statements are false, so their letters carry the same weight as would speaking to the FBI or testifying before Congress.
Ford said another female student also knew about the attack.
Ford claimed Leland Keyser heard that Kavanaugh had attacked Ford.
Keyser’s lawyer wrote a letter to the Judiciary Committee and she too denied ever being at a party with Kavanaugh.
Keyser says she didn’t even know Kavanaugh.
Her lawyer wrote:
Dear Ms. Mehler:
Ms. Leland Keyser has engaged me in the limited capacity to address your request for information in the email below. Simply put, Ms. Keyser does not know Mr. Kavanaugh and she has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present, with, or without, Dr. Ford.
Ms. Keyser hopes this information is helpful to your investigation. I am available for any further questions you may have.

Ford’s Story Falls Apart
Ford’s story collapsed.
She has no proof to back up her wild claims.
But Republican voters were furious that Senate Republicans allowed Ford to hold the nomination hostage.
Ford is a Democratic activist.
She’s worked with Democratic operatives to hurt Kavanaugh.
And she just hired Michael Bromwich to be one of her lawyers.
He works with the “resistance.”
Bromwich also represents disgraced former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.
Critics contend Ford is part of a coordinated character assassination of Brett Kavanaugh.
The Democrats want to drag the nomination process out in the hopes they win the Senate.
That’s why Ford’s lawyers demanded the FBI investigate her claims.
Ford and her lawyers are working with Democrats to stall for time.
Democrats claim the FBI needs to give a nonpartisan accounting of Ford’s story.
But all four witnesses refuting Ford’s story proves the call for an FBI investigation was nothing more than a plot to delay Kavanaugh’s confirmation.
Ford Agrees To Testify
Ford spent a week ducking the Republicans’ offers to testify.
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley gave her five deadlines which she missed.
Finally, Ford and her lawyers claimed they would testify but wanted to negotiate terms.
Critics found this absurd.
They believe the GOP should set a hearing and let the committee run it as they see fit.
And if Ford does not show up, then they should immediately vote to move Kavanaugh’s nomination to the floor.
Ford’s story already took on a ton of water.
She claimed she did not know when or where this attack happened.
There may be a good reason for that.
Everyone Ford says was at the party say either the party never happened or that they don’t remember it.
