Donald Trump is fed up with Chuck Schumer obstructing his agenda.
So the President revealed a new plan to press forward with the one promise every Trump supporter wants to see kept.
But that’s when Schumer threatened Trump with one lawsuit that conservatives are dreading.
Schumer was performing cartwheels after Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell caved in on not including funding for Trump’s border wall in the omnibus spending bill.
Trump was furious as Schumer celebrated.
But that didn’t stop him from working to keep his word to the American people.
Trump tweeted out that the military should use the funding increase Trump won in the spending bill to construct the border wall.

Schumer – after thinking he had won the fight – lost his mind and fired off an angry rant declaring that if Trump pursued this course of action, lawsuits would tie up construction of the border wall.
The Washington Post reports:
“First Mexico was supposed to pay for it, then U.S. taxpayers, and now our men and women in uniform? This would be a blatant misuse of military funds and tied up in court for years. Secretary Mattis ought not bother and instead use the money to help our troops, rather than advance the president’s political fantasies,” Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer (D-N.Y.) said in a statement to The Washington Post.”
Democrats have used the courts to repeatedly block Trump’s agenda.
When Trump instituted his travel ban, Democrats ran to the left-wing courts to win politically motivated injunctions.
Liberals ran the same play when Trump ended Obama’s illegal executive DACA amnesty program.
So the threat Schumer laid out is real.
Democrats know the judiciary is out of control.
And they can cherry pick which court they file suit in and the judge will assume the role of the legislature and shut down Trump’s wall.
But conservatives argue Trump should reject this outrageous judicial supremacy and proceed.
