Chuck Schumer and the Democrats are counting down the days until the 2018 election.
They believe Americans will sweep them into power.

Chuck Schumer And The Democrats Eye An Unexpected Pickup
Democrats expect to gain seats in the November elections.
The party out of power historically wins the midterm contest.
Democrats need to win two Republican-held Senate seats to install Chuck Schumer as Majority Leader.
From there, Schumer could block Trump’s agenda.
Liberals believe they have strong chances to win in Arizona and Nevada.
However, Republicans may win the race in Florida.
That means Democrats must find another Republican seat to flip.
That put all eyes on Texas.
Democrat Beto O’Rourke is challenging Ted Cruz.
Texas has not elected a Democrat to the Senate since Lloyd Bentsen in 1988.
However, O’Rourke turned into a national cause and Democrats poured money into his campaign.
O’Rourke has raked in $23 million dollars.
Republicans had believed Cruz will win easily.
John Nau, a Texas GOP donor told the Washington Examiner, “It’s just not on my radar screen,” Nau continued, “I don’t have an opinion on the U.S. Senate race one way or the other… Ted’s going to win.”
But that all changed when O’Rourke surged in the polls.
The latest poll shows Cruz barely leading O’Rourke by four points.
Republicans Rally To Ted Cruz’s Campaign
The conservative Club for Growth announced a big money TV ad buy to support Cruz.
David McIntosh – who runs the group – said they plan to spend millions to help Cruz hold his seat.
“In the last five weeks, it’s become clear that the race has tightened,” McIntosh stated.
Beto O’Rourke’s Past Arrests And Corruption Come Back To Bite Him
Liberals pretend O’Rourke is the modern day JFK.
His past – however – contains bombshells that threaten to sink his campaign.
In 1995, police arrested O’Rourke for burglary.
Three years later, cops pulled over O’Rourke and cited him for a DWI.
O’Rourke’s crimes are not the only skeletons hanging in his closet.
The Texas Democrat’s past is filled with corruption.
When O’Rourke held a seat on the El Paso City Council, he used eminent domain to take citizens land.
Critics accused O’Rourke of seizing the land to cut big money deals for his company as well as a company owned by family members to redevelop the property.
Experts believe Cruz still holds the edge over O’Rourke.
Texas leans Republican.
In addition, President Trump is expected to stump for Cruz in the fall.
O’Rourke is also considered very far to the left of Texas voters.
He favors banning guns and supports the anti-American NFL national anthem protests.
Cruz should be able to ride that to victory.
However, the polls show a close race and Democrats expect their voters to turn out in force.
