President Trump was elected to end Barack Obama’s practice of putting America last.
The liberal new world order was put on notice with Trump’s performance at the G7 summit.
But after President Trump left the event, this foreign leader stabbed him in the back in the most unthinkable way ever.
Trump campaigned on Making America Great Again.
A key pillar of his commitment to the forgotten men and women of the country was to end the global trade deals that gutted American industry.
Trump constantly harped on the over $500 billion trade deficit as evidence that other countries were taking advantage of the United States.
The President set out to attack this imbalance by announcing his intention to renegotiate the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) as well as impose steel and aluminum tariffs.
Trump and his supporters believe the tariffs are important in forcing Mexico and Canada to agree to a new NAFTA deal that will benefit American workers.
These tariffs, as well as the global order, were key points of discussion at the recent G-7 conference – which was attended by the heads of state of the seven largest advanced economies in the world – and was hosted by radical left-wing Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the G-7 leaders attempted to put out a consensus statement about global trade.
The statement read:
“We acknowledge that free, fair and mutually beneficial trade and investment, while creating reciprocal benefits, are key engines for growth and job creation.”
After the statement was released, Trudeau launched a cowardly attack on Trump in a press conference.
Trudeau threatened to impose retaliatory tariffs on the United States if Trump went forward with his planned aluminum and steel tariffs.
The Canadian Prime Minister ranted, “I highlighted that it was not helping in our renegotiation of NAFTA and that it would be with regret, but it would be with absolutely certainty and firmness, that we move forward with retaliatory measures on July 1st, applying equivalent tariffs to the ones that the Americans have unjustly applied to us.”
Trump and his advisors did not take Trudeau’s betrayal lying down.
The President fired off two tweets that proved Trudeau was too weak to take him on in a face-to-face meeting, but would only attack the President after Air Force One left Canada.
Based on Justin’s false statements at his news conference, and the fact that Canada is charging massive Tariffs to our U.S. farmers, workers and companies, I have instructed our U.S. Reps not to endorse the Communique as we look at Tariffs on automobiles flooding the U.S. Market!

PM Justin Trudeau of Canada acted so meek and mild during our @G7 meetings only to give a news conference after I left saying that, “US Tariffs were kind of insulting” and he “will not be pushed around.” Very dishonest & weak. Our Tariffs are in response to his of 270% on dairy!

The President also withdrew the United States from the G-7 consensus statement about trade.
Larry Kudlow – Trump’s top economic advisor – defended the President by stating Trudeau’s actions were a “diplomatic betrayal.
Appearing on CNN’s State of the Union, Kudlow stated,
“We had long night sessions. He (the president) was a participant. Not only did we play, we were in the communique. Team players, really, really, team players here to help the Western alliance and then Trudeau throws him under the bus with very harsh language.”
Trump proved to Trudeau – and other world leaders – that it was a new day.
America has a President who puts the country and its workers – not the liberal new world order – first.
Fair Trade is now to be called Fool Trade if it is not Reciprocal. According to a Canada release, they make almost 100 Billion Dollars in Trade with U.S. (guess they were bragging and got caught!). Minimum is 17B. Tax Dairy from us at 270%. Then Justin acts hurt when called out!
