Joe Biden learned some more bad news.
One of the worst scandals of the Biden administration just took a dramatic turn for the worse.
And that’s because Fox News got its hands on this smoking gun that is big trouble for Joe Biden.
Americans were appalled to learn about an October letter from the National School Boards Association asking the Justice Department to investigate parents that protested mask mandates and critical race theory as domestic terrorists.
The letter urged the FBI to use illegal warrantless spying powers under the so-called “PATRIOT Act” to spy on moms and dads and arrest them.
Biden’s Justice Department and the FBI complied by creating a threat tag for domestic terrorism to create an enemies list database of parents that spoke out against forcing children to wear masks and teaching critical race theory in the classroom.
But a bombshell new email shows the Biden administration lied when it claimed this was an organic reaction to besieged school board members.
The New York Post reported that an email obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request showed Biden administration Education Secretary Miguel Cardona actually solicited the letter from the National School Boards Association which called parents domestic terrorists.

In an Oct. 6 message to NSBA board member Marnie Maraldo, Secretary-Treasurer Kristi Swett said then-interim CEO Chip Slaven had told his fellow officers “he was writing a letter to provide information to the White House, from a request by Secretary Cardona.”
The email was obtained through a public records request by the group Parents Defending Education and shared with The Post. It is the first piece of evidence to suggest Cardona’s specific involvement in the NSBA letter.
Virginia parent Asra Nomani – who was one of the most outspoken critics of woke indoctrination in the commonwealth’s schools – appeared on “Fox and Friends” to discuss this bombshell.
Nomani told co-host Brian Kilmeade that the Biden administration sought to criminalize being a parent.
“Brian, somehow the Biden administration has not gotten the memo that we are moms, not domestic terrorists,” said Nomani. “You know, there was a time when moms were as sacred as apple pie, but somehow the Biden administration has decided that they want to put a target on our backs. And this is completely unacceptable.”
Nomani added that it was only because concerned parents refused to take no for an answer that her group obtained these shocking emails and could share them with media outlets like Fox News.
“It’s only because moms are moms, that we had this incredible effort this fall where we got the Freedom of Information Act requests and have the evidence now,” Nomani continued.
Kilmeade appeared shocked and appalled at the administration colluding with a left-wing group to smear parents as domestic terrorists and set them up for potential criminal prosecution.
“This is stunning to me,” a stunned Kilmeade told viewers. “It’s duplicitous, is deceptive and it’s evil.”
Nomani agreed and noted that the email proved this conspiracy against parents worried about their children’s health and educational well-being now extended to multiple Cabinet agencies.
“Oh, it’s completely diabolical,” agreed Nomani. “I mean, this is the evidence, this email that we have not only the Justice Department involved in this diabolical plan but also now the Education Department.”
“I mean, it’s a real just miscarriage of governance, and we, the parents are not going to shut up,” Nomani concluded. “We will not shut up because these are our babies that we are protecting. And so the Biden administration is just waging a war with the wrong constituents here in America. We are moms, we are dads and we are not going away.”
