Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has had enough.
Now Governor DeSantis is taking action.
And George Soros picked a fight with Ron DeSantis that did not end the way anyone expected.
The tip of the spear in the left’s assault on law and order is George Soros-funded prosecutors.
Soros backs radical left-wing activists in Democrat areas who, once they take office, begin letting criminals run wild while cracking down on conservatives.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis decided to draw a line in the sand.
DeSantis announced he was suspending Soros-backed State Attorney Andrew Warren over Warren’s refusal to enforce state laws that Democrats oppose.
“We are suspending Soros-backed 13th circuit state attorney Andrew Warren for neglecting his duties as he pledges not to uphold the laws of the state,” DeSantis declared.
DeSantis explained that Warren violated the state constitution by usurping the governor’s veto power.
“We don’t elect people in one part of the state to have veto power over what the entire state decides on these important issues. The constitution of Florida has vested the veto power in the governor, not in individual state attorneys and so when you flagrantly violate your oath of office, when you make yourself above the law, you have violated your duty,” DeSantis added.
DeSantis sent a warning to Soros and the rest of the radical left that the sickness of soft-on-crime policies would not take hold in Florida.
“We are not going to allow this pathogen that’s been around the country of ignoring the law, we are not going to let that get a foothold here in the state of Florida,” DeSantis warned.
Warren announced he would not enforce the state’s new 15-week abortion ban.
But Governor DeSantis told Floridians that removing Warren was bigger than any one law.
“This isn’t about abortion or any one thing, it’s about having accountability to our system of law and order to prosecute crime. There has been a pattern developing in Hillsborough County where one person picks and chooses which laws he wishes to enforce,” DeSantis continued.
Indeed, Warren also stated he would not enforce the state’s new law that cracked down on rioters.
Warren even claimed he would not enforce a ban on forcing children to undergo transgender surgeries should the legislature ever enact such a law.

Ron DeSantis is rising up in the 2024 polls because conservatives see DeSantis as someone who never backs down in the face of the media mob.
Instead, DeSantis punches back twice as hard.
And DeSantis does not just fight for the sake of fighting.
DeSantis notches victory after victory and in the process turned Florida from a swing state into a red state.
